The food at the restaurant was good but costly. You book it and you don't get it. I booked a family suit for myself, my wife and my two daughters. On arrival the property says the suit booked for you is not vacated by the earlier guest and they have given an extension to them. Two super deluxe rooms were offered to me on the 3rd floor and were far apart from each other. The rooms were not even cleaned and ready at 4.00 PM. How can a family with two daughters stay divided at night ? After refusing to accept rooms on the third floor, other rooms were offered on the ground floor which were two rooms apart were accepted. The shape of the family suit is very awkward.. This is an old property. Once upon a time it may be but it has lost its charm. Not well maintained. There is some strange smell in the property. Cleanliness was ok. The restaurant was good however a little bit costly. I will not stay again or recommend this hotel.

Prime location, luxury hotel, Clean and staff also good. Swimming pool is big and awesome 1)The room which assigned to me was having main door lock problems, still they assigned me that room, I need to call every time housekeeper to come and open door for me. 2)Missing hot water in shower, in my 4 days stay I got only 1 day hot water in shower. This is luxury property they need to fix this issues.

The location is good. The swimming pool is clean and nice. Staff is polite and attentive. They will assist in everything. The rooms are not clean. There were cockroaches and spiders in the rooms. Also lot of mosquitoes.
