Location 1.leaky bathrooms and on mentioning the issue the staff first came in the middle of the night and then said it will be done in the morning Next day when we again came back the bathroom was still leaking and when asked they mentioned that since it was a Sunday no one was available. 2. Passages on all the floor was dirty some tissue papers and other things were fallen down 3. Surprisingly when I had booked this, immediately I got 2 calls from fraudsters asking me to do booking offline and later they went absconding. It was just that I had not fallen for these guys otherwise there would have been a problem

The location is excellent and the property is beautiful and we had a very comfortable stay. The staff were very nice and friendly and accommodated all our additional location ; Excellent stay!

Staff was very friendly, especially the reception during the day. The hotel is advertised by the fab hotel portal. They kept on sending me messages to pay half or full payment even though my booking agreement was to pay at the property. I called booking.com and they told me not to. I am so glad as the place is a dump. The rooms were big enough but dirty. The breakfast was served into the rooms but it was hard to eat inside the rooms as it was dirty. Even though the website said it was closer to park street, it was but close to the area that was also a dump. We only stayed there two nights and got out of the place and found another which was very central to park street. Wifi was good. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also there was an offer saying the airport pick up was free. I reeved that as well, and our flight was 3.5 hrs delayed due to weather. I communicated with the driver as soon as I knew about the delay, but when he dropped us off he asked us to pay Rs1500.00. We did not as I had proof of all the whatsapp communication. This was another scam by the fab hotels or some business association.

Without informing They canceled the booking. Whenever I reached the room already cancelled by them. But on booking.com the room is available. Finally I loss by car rental and search another hotel for stay.
