The location is good at a walking distance of several restaurants and shops and of the Quest shopping mall. The WiFi is strong and reliable. There are hot water available in the bathroom. The mattress is very tough and the pillows are actually like uncomfortable chair cushions. The bed linen is old and stained and the curtains have a bad smell of cold tobacco. The unique towel is also old. Generally speaking, my room needed a complete deep cleaning… There’s no bedside lamp nor a switch reachable from the bed to switch off the bedroom light. In the bathroom, the sink is actually a tiny hand basin. The water drains slowly from the ground during showers and you quickly end up wading through a puddle. Despite being polite, the staff is not very welcoming… Last but not least, when you book your room in this hotel through booking.com and that you get a “free cancellation” of several days, you then start being harassed by the FabQuest chain (to which the hotel belongs) which urges you to make immediately a full or half payment threatening you to cancel your reservation if you don’t. In my view, it’s an unfair practice which should be corrected by Booking.com.

Cleanest...... cheapest..... the staff is very helpful..... they made our stay memorable......... nestled in posh south kolkata.... it is nearest to every place..... easy reach with auto or taxi...... overall, we had an awesome experience....... Thank you, team Hotel Quest........

Washroom was clean There were no washroom sandle, tooth paste, brush. I asked them but they didn't provide. A reading table and chair were absent. During check in time they didn't let me checked in on time rather they delayed. breakfast was not good enough.
