Nice , clean For Jain visitors, not many choice for food, hope they have few choices

Nothing I liked, rooms was very stinky, washrooms was choked, under renovation building not mentioned in site, staff was not courteous overall bad experience. Not suggesting to anyone

The nepali staff who were in intern really helped me during my stay. Even Indian door guard was very friendly. The food was fine. The room were very good and were upto standard. Rooms were clean as well. Very far from the main location. The cleaning was done when we returned at around 5 pm or 6 pm which was not good. Improve on some of the food taste. lift are little old. Reception guys were good but not that helpful enough or thoughtful to solve customer problem.

Only buffet breakfast is good Buffet breakfast was very good, but the buffet lunch was quite average with very limited non‑veg options (only basic chicken and fish dishes). The swimming pool also did not appear to be cleaned properly during our stay, which was disappointing.”

Wonderful staff, always helpful,kind and polite,set in beautiful grounds, large comfortable room. I would defiantly stay there again. Great for a peaceful few days. It was just a bit far out and it took a long time to get anywhere because of the traffic.

Rooms Slow restaurant service as I had to request multiple times to refill the food items in breakfast buffet and in room delivery took more than 1 hour. Also, most of the facilities and amenities mentioned in booking.com were not available.

There is nothing which can be mentioned as I liked. Checkin time was one hour as hotel office was unable to realize the payment which I had already paid to Booking.com. Due to this delay I had to miss on important meetings. Food quality also to be improved drastically. I have already mentioned in the previous question.

We enjoyed a one-night staycation. Staffs were very attentive and helpful, making our experience pleasant. The property itself is well-maintained, though some maintenance work was ongoing in other parts of the hotel during our visit. The team invited us to revisit, and we would definitely consider returning in the future. The location isn’t particularly appealing unless you’re a local or have a specific reason for choosing this staycation spot. However, once you’re inside the property, the exceptional hospitality makes it worth the visit.

Room was clean but the property is old and rooms hardly looked like an ITC hotel standard. The restaurant was good, staf was polite and helpful. Food was good and tasty. The access is terrible and from back side of the hotel where the road is damaged and after entering the hotel there is some repair work going on with workers, material and equipment strewn around. There is no direction indicators to lead the guests to the hotel reception. The parking is poorly maintained.

Extremely customer friendly personnel. Good food although a bit pricy. Outdated premises, although (re-)construction is on its way. Many rooms are being refurbished and during day time this means noise until around 8 pm. After rain leakage in the hallway. Very far from everything interesting in Kolkata.

The staff were excellent, specially the staff at the Front desk who did smooth check in and check out. Samana at Front desk and Smarika at Zodiac and Manjula during breakfast and dinner were very caring and nice. Overall the stay was comfortable. We reported one incident that happened on the first night of our stay. It was 2 am at night and someone was knocking our door until we opened the door. The person said he was from housekeeping and brought water for us. We did not ask for water as we were sleeping. When we called at reception, the person receiving the call said it was a mistake. The water was for another room. He did not even apologise for the same and behaved as it was very normal for the mistake to happen at 2 am in the night. We were not expecting this.
