I liked it due to its location. It was absolutely very bad experience for me to stay in the hotel like Aura.The staff were very much noncooperative.Bathroom and room were below standard.The room size was very small and dirty bedsheets and other accessories were used. Bathroom fittings are very backdated.Internet connectivity all the times non responsive. It should be very low price hotel.Only one stuff who clean the room was very cooperative.The desk people especially two female were fully non cooperative.

checked in and entered room to find strong cigarette smell and cigarette butts in bathroom sink.

The staff are helpful .. The room was bad. Bed sheet, blanket pillow cover were so old and not fresh. The towels were so old and the white towel is barely white. Atleat change the towel. And the whole building is smelling of food

The hotel is good, on a nice location. The only difficulty was room service. It was very poor, have to wait long for anything ordered. Only the room service. They have to improve a lot on it.
