The bed was good The room was small and too small. the sink was unclean, one soap was stuck in this, there was no table in that room. i ask for one but they did not offer any alternative options. there were variety of foods and drinks which was great but nothing. but one basa fish dish was not good in taste.

The location was great. Right next to cafe's, restaurants, and ice cream parlours. The lighting and decor in the room was good. The hotel did not have a bathtub, even though it was listed in the room description. They did not provide free water apart from a 1ltr bottle. The beds were small, hard and uncomfortable. The room was small for the price paid. They charged extra than the promised amount, claiming it was for taxes. The towels were really dirty. The fridge was not working. The TV was also not working. The room was smelling awful when we first entered. The view was also bad. The restaurant was not in service, so no room service or breakfast was available. All in all, a terrible experience!

The location was good. I booked this room as it was closer to the UK visa medical test labs. The hotel is also close to 2 shopping malls. Everything was fine.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-furnished. The storage space was also excellent. The beds were large and comfortable. The air conditioning was loud and the air conditioner was making screeching sounds. This caused a lot of disturbance when I wanted to sleep. So, I had to use earbuds.

Prime location and really properly cleaned. The only thing was that the air conditioning wasn't that proper. It felt suffocating at times.
