The Buffet breakfast was excellent and if it was not on the menu the staff were more than happy to try to provide it. I have no complaints to make

Breakfast at INR 400 plus tax was very good. The double delux room had two chairs - one desk and one safa-seater. The desk chairs sunk to its lowest level when one sat on it. The hydraulic mechanism did not hold the weight of a single person.

Good location, room is good and staffs are very cordial. Commode inside bottom looks reddish color which is not expected and is annoying . Didn’t like the soap. Staying here 4 nights but bed linen not changed.

Location on Park Street. Security. Good restaurant in the building, convenient for evenings. Excellent breakfast lots of choice. Cleanliness. I would really recommend. Some rooms can be noisy. Internet not consistent. Which could be an issue if you are working.

Staff were all very helpful and polite. Noisy traffic outside at times. Especially my housekeeper chakrborty on 2nd floor and the concierge Mahafujiul he helped me get my Uber every day and was always so smiley and polite. So big thank you!

Breakfast buffet was wonderful - lots of choices. Especially appreciated the coffee machine. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The rooms all had dampness and the strong smell of dampness - no matter which room they offered. I refused to stay and was not awarded even a partial refund. I refused to stay in those conditions.

The room, the shower, the efficient lifts, courteous door staff, the breakfast and the very efficient laundry service. Breakfast was essentially self service, but with some very helpful staff to assist with coffee, tea etc. The very main road at the front of the hotel, reverts to one way traffic at different times of the day and evening. This can and in fact does cause issues with the likes of Uber. Our room safe didn't work from day 1,despite being reported within 2 minutes of arrival. Service in the restaurant Shiraz 56 was painfully slow. Polite, smiling, but painfully slow. On arrival, my room was smelling strongly of cigarette smoke, even though this is a No Smoking hotel. With the use of the AC, this improved, gradually.

The staff very courteous and helpful. But for this price expected complimentary breakfast. Good location with central access to public transport. Overall good stay, ?

Housekeeping and other staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was immediately available upon arrival. Rooms have not been maintained. I have stayed here multiple times since 2012 because the location is convenient for my purpose. It was nice when it was new and called Tulip Inn. Since then it has changed hands multiple times and rooms and facilities have not been kept up. The breakfast buffet ran out of most items by the time we got there 30 mins before closing and on all 4 days. Finally the woman at the front desk who checked us in and out is not welcoming. She just enforces policy and lacks customer service. Not just with us but all guests. She told us there will be extra charges for our 12 yr old son. I agreed even though I clearly made the booking for 2 adults and 1 child through booking.com. Next time I will stay somewhere else.
