Everything. From the staff at parking to the concierge , reception to travel desk is extremely professional, courteous and friendly. The server in the breakfast were very polite and prompt. Special thanks to Mr Sanjib and and Mr taming for organizing a wonderful surprise birthday cake for my mothers 80th birthday. Dinner buffet was lacking , we went the first night after that we avoided it and same for Sonargaon where when we complained about burned naan the server unhelpful pointed out that its only burned on one side as if we can eat only 1 side.

Excellent breakfast. They had an extensive menu to cater to both western and Indian palates. Staff was extremely attentive wherever we went. Compliments to the housekeeping staff as well. It wasn't a big issue but our key card didn't function well all the time. The staff at the reception were very helpful and fixed this every time.

The staff truly stood out, as is typical of Taj properties. They were consistently warm, respectful and extremely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality went a long way in making our stay comfortable and pleasant. While not one of the best hotels I have stayed in, it is certainly a good one. The newly refurbished rooms are well appointed; however, the room we stayed in was next to a busy road, which made it noisy. The staff was kind enough to offer us a replacement room, but we chose to continue with the same one as it felt too inconvenient to shift at that point. The breakfast could be improved. As we stayed for five nights, the spread began to feel repetitive after a few days. The pillow quality could also be better, especially considering that many hotels now offer an extensive pillow menu to suit individual preferences.

Breakfast was excellent ans location is also very good. Overall, an excellent experience. The bathroom can be more modern. Would have preferred a shower stall over a tub. But that is personal preference.

The location The staff was warm and really helpful. Always engaging with a smile and hospitality! F&B was great Room quality. Did not meet the Taj standard. Run down room and mouldy carpets.

Good old heritage feeling. Spa was very good. The spa specialist was competent. Too many staff but outcome was mixed on the front desk and at gym desk.

The room was well equipped, and the staff is always very pleasant. Special mention for Nasir, the manager of Cal27. I stayed in one of the premium rooms, but was a little surprised to note that there wasn't a bathtub. It wasn't a big deal – the bathroom has a good size. The breakfast spread could be better. I'd rate it a 7/10 but then again, breakfast isn't meant to be very heavy.
