Extremely nice hotel close to many attractions in Kolkata. Wonderful service and very attentive staff. Facilities are quite nice and comfortable.

The location is very central. The breakfast was not that great. No cappuccino machine. Sambar was too sour. Can make an effort to keep the food hot during breakfast buffet. Otherwise it was value for money staff was very good. Other suggestion: keep a weighing scale at the property which can help people weigh their luggage.

I arrived to this hotel having been wet unwell on previous travels. I was able to peacefully rest/ sleep for the first 24 hours, ordering room service. The hotel was very clean and had great amenities. Staff always on hand to help with Uber and taxi pick ups for me. As a solo female traveller I always felt very safe and welcomed.

They scammed me of extra money. We negotiated for extra person for an amount of 1000/- per day extra but they billed 1500/- per day and said they cant do anything Bunch of scammers
