Cleanliness Nothing

Nice staff, location in the very central of Kolkata between Howrah and Sealdah. Nice bathroom. Decent lockers. Dirty walls and floors, trash under my bed. Quite expensive for the value.

I stayed many days. Good hostel. Neat and clean.

Good air conditioning in dorms. Hot water in shower. No cushioning in door jams, loud banging all night as people stayed up late ignoring quiet hours and went in and out of rooms. Kitchen was filthy and hot, hot, hot.

Location was good breakfast was similar as ussual but there one thing good we can cook ,but management should look after utensil ------ induction not working properly kadhai cooker spoons fork and one mixer grinded needed

It is not run like a hostel, more like a PG, in terms of its ambience. Very unhelpful hosts, who could not properly explain why there was CCTV installed in the rooms. Less natural light and ventilation in rooms. Dirty tables in balcony. The night light with each individual bed was so bright, it disturbs others during their sleep. There seem to be too many reviews of this place and it doesn't seem trustworthy.

Everything was good ?

Everything, besides the location! The staff could've been better trained. Besides, my co-dorm mates were rude and mannerless. There was continuous snoring throughout the night impacting sleep and lights were switched on at 7.30AM in the morning! I moved hostels the next day and was very very disappointed with the experience. Still baffles me that the place has a rating of 9+ seems very very sketchy!

I like the location and the staffs since I came for layover i couldn't say much but overall it was good clean and proper facilities

Fantastic hostel in the heart of Kolkata! The location is perfect – everything from major sights (Indian Museum, Victoria Memorial, New Market) is within a 30-minute walk, and plenty of food options nearby. Metro station is super close too. Comfortable beds, clean facilities, included breakfast every morning, and a handy small kitchen for light cooking. The rooftop is great for chilling and meeting people – loved hanging out there. Staff (especially the manager and reception team) were incredibly helpful and friendly – they sorted all my requests with a smile. Felt very welcome and made lots of great friends during my stays. Great value, social vibe, and a real home away from home. Will definitely return! 10/10 N/a

Too noisy at time during day time. Not really upto the price you paid. Overall okay if u want to sleep for a day or two. But expensive with what you get at the price.

The staff is extremely friendly and beyond helpful. They have a nice common area and a rooftop to enjoy. They cleaned the place daily so hygiene was taken care of.

Quiet, safe, and clean. While not near to Calcutta’s main sites, Uber works very well in this city. This is a good basic dormitory, mostly locals, a few foreign tourists. When I had to check out early to go to the hospital, the staff refused to consider a refund for the unused nights. That’s the kind of people you are dealing with.
