The room was not clean.. it was been booked 1 week before. Once I reach they were providing me non AC room.. very bad service desiponted.

Location Hotel staff are very disappointment they made me wait for 1 hour for just check in as they were not getting enough payment which I booked online... After long travel I was tired but they don't respect...

The location is great. It is near Esplanade as well as Park street. The Hotel is 24X7 open and is safe for people as the members of the hotel are awake 24*7. Chandan da (one of the hotel member) really helped us. Improvement can be done in blankets as these are a bit thinner.
