The staff's genuine care for guests was evident throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making us feel not only welcomed but also valued as individuals. bog size clean room and bathroom.

READ and be AWARE before you BOOK I had Visa interview at a nearby consulate and so I booked the hotel through Booking.com as this was 10min walk from the venue. When I reached the hotel, the staff at reception refused to accept me and spouse as their guests. I was also carrying our marriage certificate to prove we were a real couple. I presented an Id which was from a city outside Kolkata but within West Bengal (same state as hotel) and they sighted that the hotel policy does not accept guests with Id with the same state. It was 10PM and this was a big news to us and we were lost at that moment. I asked for refund (I prepaid), to which they asked me to check with Booking.com and they wont be responsible. I quickly went over the Hotel's listing on booking.com and found mentioned under "Fine print" that Id with Kolkata address will not be accepted. I complained that the listed policy allows Id from outside Kolkata and I should be allowed as my Id was from a different city (200KM out of Kolkata). After many back and forth they finally allowed us to stay and they asked us to not roam in the reception area. The room was very average (not worth Rs 4800 at all - based on current listing price). Though I booked a double bed room, my room was with 2 single beds joined. Linens were dirty. Provided towels were really old (with holes) and not very clean. The provided comforters had no covers and had hairs and dirt from previous uses. I requested extra clean bed sheets so we could use them below the comforters but we were denied. Ordered room service as it was pretty late and park circus area may not be safe at late night. They missed our order and I had to call again and place the order. They delivered Kadai Paneer though we ordered Paneer Butter Masala. Roti and paratha were cold. The food was very average overall. Internet was trash with less than 1Mbps speed. To Management: DONT put such NON-ADMISSION clauses in fine print. Lucky as stay was short.

Nothing we liked, never trust Oyo and never book this property After paying half of booking price and confirmed the booking before 5 days when we reached at the hotel at midnight the hotel manager denied our booking and asked for double the amount and he said he doesn't know OYO or booking.com. I am the owner and I can't allow u to stay if you will not pay double the amount. The hotel manager was very rude and greedy person, doesn't even know how to talk to customer.

Bad location After arriving at the location the receptionist told us that the booking was cancelled due to some issue… but didn’t bother informing prior??? Highly Unprofessional but it was for the best cause the location of the hotel is pathetic

Location is the only good thing found abt the hotel. Near to many restaurants & quest mall is usual walking distance! Hotel stafffs are friendly . Most of the things are not really likeable @ all. Firstly, they don’t accept credit card at all. Secondly very unclean small room. Bathroom got clogged!! Stayed 2 nights & everyday in had to change to new Rooms. Found & seen bed bugs & cockroaches!!!

They didnot let unmarried couple from west bengal to stay there. OYO didnt refund my cash back. they said that it was in their terms and condition mentioned. But we never have time to go through that long list when we book a hotel. So I would recommend never to book this place if u r not going their with ur husband/wife.

Our stay at Hotel Super OYO Townhouse 1221 Hotel Acme was wonderful! Beautiful hotel and very well priced! The service was outstanding. Excellent breakfast! loved it and would definitely recommend!
