Absolutely nothing. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The hotel 'Super Hotel O Hr Inn Near Centre Salt Lake' was a complete scam, and I’ve lost all trust in Booking.com for even listing such a place. It was a nightmare from start to finish. 1. False Tariff Information: Booking.com listed the room at INR 730 + GST per night, but upon arrival, the property owner demanded INR 1500 with no option for cancellation. Being new to Kolkata and there for a conference, I had no choice but to pay the inflated amount. Partial payment wasn’t allowed; the owner insisted on full payment upfront or no room. 2. Filthy Room Conditions: The room was in horrible condition—poorly ventilated and reeking of an unpleasant smell. The bedspread and pillows were filthy, far below any reasonable standard for the price charged. 3. Unsanitary Drinking Water: I was given dirty, old water to drink under the guise of it being fresh. This was both unhygienic and unacceptable. 4. Broken Amenities: The geyser was non-functional, and the toilet was disgusting and poorly maintained. Basic hygiene and facilities were entirely lacking. 5. Restricted Movement: The receptionist locks the property at night, restricting guests from going out after 11 PM. If you need to step out, you have to call the owner, which is highly inconvenient and unsafe. 6. Unsafe Environment: The receptionist and room service staff frequently drank alcohol and smoked on the premises. This created an unsafe and uncomfortable atmosphere, especially for children and women. 7. Unprofessional Management: The owner is utterly unfit for the hospitality business—rude, unwelcoming, and completely detached from managing the property. He never visits, leaving the guests at the mercy of untrained and irresponsible staff. 8. Booking.com’s Accountability: If Booking.com continues to list this scam of a property, it raises serious concerns about its vetting process and credibility. This experience has shattered my trust in Booking.com, and I will never use it again.

Nothing to like Fake hotel I booked on 31/05 fully paid booking amount, when reached hotel told by them in your bill GST not included so cancel and book again with GST price, after complaining to Booking customer care agree to give room but told provide ID proof of 4 years old baby , due to not available of ID proof of child he refused to provide room and lastly I book another hotel and not get refund

The breakfast was included and had a good variety of options.

The staff was helpful and friendly, always willing to offer recommendations.

Nothing. The way they straight denied our confirmed booking. They said we only take booking from Oyo. We reached their after a long travel and all of a sudden were looking for a place to stay at night.
