Nil They charged us more saying that they don’t book through booking.com since it was midnight i agreed to stay.

NOTHING ON ARRIVAL THE receptionist SAID THEY DONT TAKE BOOKING FROM ONLINE AND WAS NOT KEEN IN GIVING ROOMS. FINALLY HE MANAGED ONE ROOM AND SHIFTED ONE OF MY GUEST TO ANOTHER GURST HOUSE WHCH WAS NOT KNOWN TO US. SOMETHING WAS NOT RIGHT WITH THAT PROPERTY AND MANAGEMENT.

Absolutely nothing He issue the room without even cleaning ,Room and bed head rest was full of spider web he gave us the bed sheets and asked us to put it by yourself. Didn’teven turned on the AC for the first day every time we were asking he was ignoring our request after making so many request he turn on the AC but didn’t gave us the remote stating the remote is not available and it was not even cooling because of the default 27 degree temperature . Manager behaviour was very rude , checking and check out experience pathetic at 10:30 at the time of check out he forcefully ask us to vacate the room and took our luggage out of the room stating the other guest is already there hence we have to vacate and compelled us to vacate 15 minutes before the check out which was 11 A.M Request to booking.com kindly kick this hotel out of your list so that another people will not get trapped into this situation .
