Nothing. Room quality most poor. Staff behaviour most poor. Cost too high u can afford 4 star hotel for one night stay instead of this hotel. Bed is too untidy blanket is very dirty. Bathroom having water supply problem, shower, tap is not working. Geyser not available. TV is not working. Staffs are very unprofessional and rude. I am not paying for their this type of service. Not for family and couple friendly. Before you entering the room you have to paid full rent and after you getting this quality of service they will not cooperate and return your money to change the hotel elsewhere. Food cost is very expensive, 1 bottle of water 1ltr priced Rs. 40/-. In one word you you just vomit for their service and room quality. They will not providing you bill for your stay.

It is written everywhere that check in is 12 pm, but when the customer arrives the hotel gives him a room, but the Gokul guy made me sit for more than an hour The bed sheet was torn and the TV wasn’t working

Location wise it's perfect for travelers who want to stay near the Airport. While Hotel Gokul Regency is ideally located for travelers near the airport, the stay was far from enjoyable. The staff, especially the receptionist, were rude and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the room had no towels, soap, or even drinking water. The rooms themselves are quite lavish, but the lack of basic amenities and hospitality really ruins the experience. One of the most frustrating things is that the hotel doesn't allow guests to bring or order food from outside, but their in-house restaurant is extremely overpriced. A meal can cost between 600 and 800 per person, and the service is terrible – we waited over two hours to receive our food! It’s unacceptable, especially when they don’t even offer simple things like coffee or tea throughout the day. Additionally, every time I stepped out, I was repeatedly asked if I was checking out and had to provide my room number. All in all, a very disappointing experience. Beware of the fake positive reviews on travel apps – visit at your own risk!
