I booked for twin beds and they give us queen bed saying that booking.com rooms are these only...why it is shown in the picture while booking if you don't have the same rooms...very slow service for breakfast...I am very disappointed with the stay

Located very close to the main Road and can be reached anytime. Cramped room and since it was overlooking the road was very noisy. It is not sound proof and many amenities not available as listed.

It is a great experience to stay here. The room and the bathroom are very clean and well maintained. The staffs are very helpful and cordial. Room service is also very good. The food was delicious. We enjoyed staying here.

The hotel has a few positives, but there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable. The location is quite noisy due to the road and due to lack of soundproof windows, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Cleanliness could also be improved—the the walls were very dirty, bedsheet had two holes, and the toilet was very slippery, which was a safety concern. Breakfast was below average, nothing special, but overpriced. Not many choices on the menu and on top of that some of them were not available. The bedsheets had too much detergent, making them feel sticky, which was uncomfortable. Housekeeping service also needs improvement—when I requested an extra pillow, they initially brought one that was quite dirty and simply wanted to put a clean cover over it. I got a replacement when asked, but it raised concerns about their hygiene standards. We booked a room for 3, but the room was clearly for one person. They had only one cup for coffee. They offered a replacement room which was bigger but it didn't have any windows. In retrospect we regret not taking the windlowless room, probably would have been better for the sleep. Overall, the hotel is okay but overpriced for what it offers. 4300 INR per night is not justifiable. With better maintenance and service, it could be a much better experience. Small restaurant on the ground floor. Decent priced and tasty breakfast. Room was kinda small.

Good location (although noisy traffic) it is close to Park St and the metro so that makes it pretty convenient. Decent breakfast and the staff are pleasant. The room feels a little shabby, and the bathroom needs a deep clean to remove limescale and to generally make it feel fresher. Some basic maintenance is needed (various fixtures kept falling off) and I think they should buy a new, crisper set of sheets and replace the slightly worn sheets currently being used.

Location was where we wanted, though it is not central Calcutta I reached middle of the night , the hotel gate was locked and I was stranded outside for over 15 mins at 3 am, had to call hotel manager a few times at his cell (who provided that number for payment collection before) to enter. There were bugs crawling on the wall in the room. There were many mosquitoes as well in the dining area. I was paranoid to see them. This is not uncommon in India, but 70 bucks per night is like 4 star hotel in India , so this basically means they should reduce the price specially in booking.com

Location I stayed in 501, Very very limited options for Breakfast compared to the price charged, small room size- not even good space for one person to walk freely, lack of toiletries, Semi Non- functional AC in the room, no hanger in the wardrobe, non functional TV despite efforts by housekeeping
