Not clean. Basic amenities not provided. Lots of mosquitoes in room

The staff were looking a way to make more charges. The staff who was in duty during our check in time was very unfriendly, and just want to get more money. We were 2 person, and he said only one person can stay in a room, and for other person, we need to book another room. We canceled entire reservation and booked another room. We went there at 8 am and want to stay just UpTo 4 pm, and he charged us for 2 nights saying checking is 12pm.

They just want to charge extra for everything. They charged me 30% extra first, and later came saying can't stay 2 people in same room. They were just searching for excuses to charge extra.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The food was delicious with generous portions and fresh ingredients. Perfect location – convenient yet peaceful. Highly recommend! *Would happily stay here again!*

Recently, we stayed at Hotel Royal Crowne near Kolkata Airport and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the staff was extremely friendly and cooperative. Food was easily available, adding to the comfort of our stay. Being just 1.2 km from the airport, the location is very convenient for travelers. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

I booked it with 2600 however they have charged 3000 stated tax n all Very unclean dusty cozy room.

I appreciate two staff worked at the restaurant, the chief cooked for me the best mixed veg with gravy, his communication was good, understood my requirements easily and I enjoyed that dinner sooooo much :) Difficult to communicate with the front desk staff, they told me breakfast at 0700 and I surprised that it is 0730 When I told them ( I need boiled eggs and fruits and I'll delay till I have my breakfast then will go to the airport) I ended up leaving without breakfast. I asked for an iron, the said (don't have) while I spotted an iron desk upstairs, at least they should guide me to that one. Definitely ll not stay there again, NEVER EVER :(

Only good think is location. Need to focus on cleaning. Reusing of Dirty bedsheets. Windows locks are broken. Didn't provide about Wi-Fi.
