Nothing Dirty bedsheet was there, when I asked to change it, staff refused saying it just changed before your checkin. Staff behavior was not good, hospitality attitude was missing.

We had a great stay at Itsy Hotel Transit Express, Kolkata. Hotel rooms were clean and hygiene. All the staffs are supportive and respond to queries on time and are very polite.

This hotel is completely unacceptable. The conditions are filthy, even by Indian standards. The staff is inept, the facilities are dirty, the bathroom has mold, and the bedding is revolting

Couldn't stay at the property. As per booking.com; there was no prepayment needed. However, the property kept messaging asking for 50% prepayment. I informed that I am travelling from another country and can only pay at site but no-one responded and kept repeating the same massage asking for prepayment and finally cancelled my booking and notified that it was due to lack of pre-payment. This caused a huge stress for me as I learned about the cancellation on the day of my travel and had to find alternative stay last minute.
