I did not the property I was not given the room I booked I had no choice but stay cause it was 11:30 pm Receptionist was very rude he was like if you don’t want want stay you can go I didn’t like the receptionist who gave me different room

It was just descent. Nothing special. Try to avoid if possible. Rooms were very dirty and smelly. Bedsheet and quilts were smelling like of some dead bodies. Quilt was not given to us on the day 1 Bathroom was dirty. No handle lock on bathroom door. Taps broken. No room service like food or water. Ac was not cooling properly. Lights were broken. Cockroaches everywhere.

They denied to check in because of Offered proce Booking. They demand extra RS 1500 for stay. The worst experience i ever had!
