AC remote was not provided in the room. I repeatedly asked for the same but got only assurance.

I liked everything about my stay. The hotel staff were very helpful and even arranged a complimentary cab to the airport during checkout. We had heavy luggage, and the staff kindly helped carry everything to the cab. The breakfast was very tasty, especially the authentic Bengali food. There was nothing to dislike. Everything was very good.

Location was near to airport. They charged the whole amount right before allotting the room, The staff boy was too rude. Small room and even smaller the bathroom. worn-out bed. basically an unhygienic, overpriced guest house. Heavy traffic noise due to gap in windows. Bathroom small and dirty. Overrated food. The hotel pictures that you see while booking are not genuine, may be of some other hotel. They were supposed to drop at airport for free, when asked they said "not available today" and asked to book on my own. WORTHLESS. UNPLEASANT STAY. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED
