A CASA DI JO

Tout était parfait. Jo est un hôte exceptionnel, toujours disponible et de très bon conseil. Les chambres sont impeccables, aménagées avec des matériaux de grande qualité et une excellente literie. Les extérieurs et la piscine sont superbes, parfaits pour se détendre avant ou après une randonnée. La pizzeria sur place est un vrai plus, tout comme le petit-déjeuner préparé la veille, qui permet de partir à l’heure que l’on souhaite. L’établissement se trouve à seulement 300 mètres du départ du GR20. Enfin, Jo propose également un service de transfert depuis Calvi ou Bastia en tant que chauffeur VTC, ce qui facilite énormément l’organisation du séjour.

Location is close to the trailhead of the GR-20 and Jo also makes delicious pizzas for dinner.

Loved starting our Mare e Monti hike from Casa Di Jo. Grateful for the airport pick-up, the extremely comfy bed, the cozy breakfast, and the peaceful setting. Market, delicious restaurant (recommend A Stazzona!), and start of the hike within walking distance.

We loved the spacious comfy room, Jo’s attentiveness, and the vibe of the complex (though we didn’t use the pool, but I can imagine how fun it is in Summer).

Peaceful spot on a quiet street with great views just a couple minutes walk from the old town. Sunny pool and good parking. Heard some noise from the office next to my room. But not loud enough for me to ask them to keep it down. No noise when I returned in the evening.

Jo & his casa were terrific. The pool, the room, the breakfast - all excellent. Perfect spot to start or finish GR20.

Absolutely lovely! Very clean, comfy bed, nice pool, great location!

Jo is a wonderful host. He really did go the extra mile to make us feel welcome and helped us tremendously in communicating with Air France that lost our luggage. He drove us to the airport twice to pick up our luggage, talked to the airport and the airline, and was very helpful. The overall place is wonderful, great pool and rooms. The breakfast is very good and Jo serves it wherever and whenever you like. We definitely come back!

Nice breakfast in the cozy reception or outside. Modern, spaceous room and bathroom. The location is absolutely amazing with the views over the swimming pool in the garden to the mountains. We do not speak French, so it was a little difficult to understand some of the explanations, but Jo was very friendly and helpful :)

Location is ideal for a quick overnight stop off before catching the plane home from Calvi airport. Only a couple of minutes walk into the village centre for bars and restaurants and 15 minutes to the airport. Nicely designed room with a bit of a terrace and overlooking the (admittedly very) small pool, which has dramatic views towards the mountains and down to the coast Nothing

We had a room with view on the swimming pool. The room is renovated and well decorated. The location is perfect to start the GR20. The breakfast is available very early in the morning (12€ per person). Jo is available to offer a service navette (25€). We did not know the price of the service navette, and we did not ask. I think it is good to give the information of the price directly. But except this everything was perfect.

We stayed here for one night before starting the GR20 and it was a good location for this. The room was large and comfortable with a nice bathroom. There is a nice area by the pool to relax and a small kitchen facility. There are a couple of restaurants and a supermarket nearby too.

This is a perfect chill after GR20. Very nice rooms (better than pictures). A small but very nice pool to cool down, great lounge chairs and above all the host ! Jo is a natural host. He is there when you have a request or thing, but is also discrete. A great guy ! Breakfast is perfect. Styling of the place also. I love this place xxx Rien du tout
