The staff were very nice and friendly. But, that’s the only positive thing.

The only thing positive was the location to the venue. Room was dirty, roach on the floor, beer cap on the windowsill. Coffee maker but no cups at all and only one pod and it was decaf. Flooring was loose, bathroom matched the rest of the room. The place was just not acceptable.

The room was clean, The shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers in the shower were empty. They did have a couple of bars of soap and conditioning shampoo near the sink. Breakfast was limited. There were eggs and sausage but the container they were kept in did not keep them warm.

The lobby was artistic and inviting Stains on bedding and couch. Silverfish in hallways and room. Knob missing from bathroom door. The room was exceptionally hot and only began cooling in the middle of the night. The hallway smelled like celery.

The room was large and looked modern, the bed was comfortable, but the bedspread had hair and some stains on it and the bathroom sink and shower tile was cracked and repaired sloppily. But the room was really cheap so....

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke really bad, asked for another room but they didn’t have anything else. You could tell the room was just cleaned quickly, end table was in the middle of the room. One of the lights didn’t work. No wash rag hung up in the bathroom. They are refusing to give our money back and we didn’t even stay there. We called the front desk and all he offered was an air freshener!

Hotel needs a deep clean of everything. You can tell they just clean surface level and not actually deep clean after each visit. Morning staff was rude towards my grandmother when downstairs at breakfast hour because she couldn’t understand what he was saying. Lobby has a very strong smell. Last time saying here. Not worth it especially not for the price.
