The hotel was in a perfect location for the BMO Centre. It had an excellent pool open from 6.00am, which I needed to suit my schedule. Breakfast started at 6.30am, also perfect timing for me. The food at breakfast and dinner had a good range of choice and was excellent. Also the chef responded to my request for fries instead of a croquette one evening. The piped music was not always needed, but no problem.

It was our 5 year anniversary and they upgraded our room and had macaroons (my favorite) in the room with a nice card wishing us a happy anniversary.

Great location! Love the pool area. Needs more attention to detail in the cleaning

Nice hotel, great location Booked this place specifically for the pool, reserved pool time 4 weeks in advance. We showed up a little early hoping to get in, were told no chance as they already had 160 people in there. The pool is TINY, far too many people crammed in there. We went back for our reserved time and were shown to a table and chairs, not a lounger in sight! Only the patio couches along the wall that were full of bachelorette parties. Far too many people for such a small space we didn't even use the pool. Overpriced

I liked the location, it was very convenient for exploring the downtown area. Room was comfortable and clean. Underground parking easy to access. I found out by booking with a third party that I had to pay $15 daily for parking. Breakfast is not included. Also found the shower to be extremely slippery. I stayed at the hotel with my daughter and both of us found we had to be very cautious in the shower with a slippery floor.

The location was great. The communication from staff. I was never told parking underground was charged. They just asked for my license and never once mentioned it. There was a power outage the whole night one of our nights and there was no ac, my tow little kids didn’t sleep at all because they were sweating. We were told construction wouldn’t start till 7 am it started at 4 am outside. We were told about the outage upon check in so not even a chance to book somewhere else. They didn’t refund for the entire night like they should have as the experience was awful and the staff at the front desk at checkout was dismissive and rude.
