Historic building with art deco style. Staff was universally pleasant and friendly to deal with. Great location in downtown Calistoga. Definitely recommend a stay here!

The staff were always very friendly and accommodating. The pastries and coffee that were delivered in the morning was great! The hotel is located in the center of town, and conveniently located to everything. There were 10 of us in our group and we loved the outdoor pool and sitting area.

The hotel was clean and the staff were wonderful. Overall, it just needs some updating. It’s very outdated and the rooms are doable. Would probably not stay here again. But we are thankful to the staff for their efforts.

No real amenities anymore. No restaurant. No bar outside. Grounds Alittle run down. Pool not real warm. Moving car a bit inconvenient.

Close to everything so you can walk to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, grocery, mud baths, wine tasting. Staff were helpful. Can borrow bike. Lighr breakfast they bring to your room. Enjoyed hot springs hot tub and pool. Let me hang out at the pool after check out which was very nice. Solo trip and felt safe. I can hear people walking in room above me.

Make sure they don’t get room 20 one or the one next to it because you’ll be looking at dumpster the view
