there is no fridge in the room, I couldn't buy food there is no place to put them and I booked for 10 days

Spacious apartment with a full equipped kitchenette (including a big fridge). Nice views from the pool area towards the valley. Great price AC only available in the living room. Access to the pool should be cleaned more often (the bassinet for washing the feet had dirty water)

The property is big enough. Has all the facilities inside and also nearby. The property has massive swimming pools with great snacks.

The staff on the whole were friendly but the gentleman on breakfast could have been more helpful. The shower in the room did not work, which in the heat we are experiencing here in France, was very disappointing. We did let the receptionist know before we left.

Asked for a twin room but request was not honoured

The park has the potential to be be something amazing. The staff is super friendly and tries to assist where they can. There is always someone present that speaks proper English. The location is great and they have very good pool facilities. Plenty of good activities in the area and amazing good restaurants. Why this fairly poor rating: 1) Absolute terrible, terrible, horrible beds. With these kinds of beds you better have a chiropractor on site. The bunk beds of my daughter were falling apart. Also these beds were terrible and my daughter never complains. That you have to make your own bed when you arrive did not help either..... We pay good money to stay here, some service is expected. But apparently this is the next costs saving thing to boost profit. 2) a very poor functioning AC, it cooled barely in the main room, but the bedrooms have none or are not functioning. In the heat of southern France this is a no go. You want to have a good night sleep.

Good location and view, very quiet and peaceful, big supermarket 4 minutes away The kitchen was very basic, missing a carving board, place mats, tea towels for drying dishes, a table cloth would have been nice too. Only the bare minimum utentiels available. And missing cleaning items, for the floors, toilets, mirrors etc. Only got a very basic cleaning kit with a little soap for dishes, not enough for 2 weeks. So bring everything, including toilet paper, towels, cleaning supplies and everything for table setting. Uncomfortable couch and the beds not much better. All in all it was in need of an update, also the bathroom. I didn't like that workers, gartners, builders working inside the residence, used the pool after work. They didn't shower but just jumped in the pool all sweaty. Should be more control with guests in the pool area.

20 min walk to Callian. Great view. Big pool. There out of season so quiet. Excellent washing facilities. It rained quite a bit whilst we were there. The drainage in the courtyard was blocked, so outside was flooded in 75mm of water. Had to walk around the perimeter and jump a bit to keep feet dry. Dried up when the sun came out.

The location was a little far from the nearest open market

The breakfast is very good and Magdalena is à lovely person who is very dedicated to her customers. Thank you very much Magdalena, i wish you thé Best. The pool was very cold ! ?

We were received very warmly and kindly in the reception by Sarah. She explained us in very good English. Upon checking out, she remembered our names.
