Quite outdated furniture in the rooms. No electric kettle or coffee maker. Terrible coffee in the mess hall during breakfast. No iron. However, you probably not gonna need it, since most of the time will be spent on the beach or in pubs ?

Reception staff were simply inept. One evening I asked about arranging a coach transfer to Alicante Airport the next day to meet family and was told to see reception the next morning; the next morning I was given contact details for Benniconnect, who confirmed that if I had called the night before they could have helped, but that I was too late. When asking for a taxi to tram, I was told that the tram was not running. This was incorrect, and cost me an hour. The food is poor. I simply don’t know where to start with how bad it is. The decor of the rooms was less than basic, the middle section of the headboard on the bed was missing and the bed was not comfortable. On my final morning in the room I discovered a silverfish in the bedroom: not a great indicator of the condition of the building. 1. Competent staff 2. Start again with your whole food provision, from menu through to ingredients and staff. 3. Completely re-decorate the rooms.

Room basically O.K. but many criticisms ----Breakfast, and Dinner good --location good T.V. in lounge section of room, so extremely disappointed that we could not watch t.v. in bed before going to sleep, as we have enjoyed in every other hotel. Toilet seat, and lid in white, on a beige pan, beige bath, and basin. Why not install all white as normal, --looked stupid. Grout around floor drain in bathroom, looked as if thrown from doorway, not smoothed round as would be done by a tradesman. No information given whatsoever, had to ask for wi-fi code,--meal times,--payment for drinks at dinner. -- Lots of tables reserved, WHAT A JOKE, queue of people waiting to come into restaurant, half the tables standing empty, and reserved, did and will continue to cause problems with people expected to wait.
