Very comfortable beds, very clean and spacious room. Large terrace. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. Breakfast room was crowded and noisy but breakfast was very good.

The staff were very helpfull. Underground parking was available. The indoor pool was actually heated and not warm to cold. Joel at the front check in counter was very friendly and very helpful. All the Staff spoke perfect English.

The food is great, but delicious food ends very quickly, the queue on Christmas eve also took place. Very clean. Gym is well equipped. Service is outstanding. It was fantastic, our first proper holiday as a family. The staff make this place special, they are so friendly and accommodating. The all inclusive was amazing, the food was out of this world and something different every day. The kids entertainment was good but limited due to it not being height of summer. They were so good with our daughter though and kept open just for her. We had such a great time.

Really nice staff throughout hotel. Great facilities and something for everyone. Food is great and huge variety. Quite often a sewage smell as you walk in to to the hotel

Perfect rooms, nice staff and clean facilities. I liked the gym. Location was near everything. Breakfast is a large buffet. Plenty of choices, lousy coffee, mediocre quality.

Bedroom (very roomy and clean), Breakfast (lots of choices), Dinner (Good value) Shower gel & shampoo can have a bit more in the dispenser (only less than ¼ in the bottle), Restaurant charges bottle water should offer filter water unless request differently. Shuttle bus should provide by hotel with a reasonable price
