Room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and varied. Close to Leolandia. Spa was very nice to have.

The apartment was a good size and included a dedicated parking space. We appreciated being able to open the windows and balcony door wide. Having access to a kitchen was very convenient during our stay, and the shower was impressively spacious. Our experience was let down by poor customer service, maintenance issues, and a lack of basic amenities. Staff were not particularly friendly, struggled to communicate in English, and did not take our concerns seriously. The air conditioning barely worked and was unable to cool the room below 25°C, which made sleeping uncomfortable. On the first day, the curtains on the sunrise side of the apartment fell down. We were repeatedly promised they would be repaired, but despite following up four separate times, nothing was ever done. As a result, large amounts of light and heat entered the apartment throughout our stay. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The utensils were so worn and damaged that many were no longer fit for use, and no soap or paper towels were provided. Only one pan was available for cooking, and the stove performed very poorly. The apartment itself showed significant signs of neglect. The flooring was heavily damaged and worn to the point that the rough texture could be felt underfoot. There was black mold in the shower, water damage on the ceiling, and by the third day the bathroom had developed a persistent urine and sewage smell that never went away. The breakfast was genuinely the worst we have ever had. The pastries were incredibly dry, the eggs looked almost radioactive from being so overcooked, and the meat was served cold. It was an extremely disappointing experience. The on-site facilities were exorbitantly expensive and also showed signs of poor maintenance, including black mold on the ceiling. Staff were unable to provide an additional key card because a specific employee was not on site. Overall, the property felt far behind in its technology, customer service, and general upkeep. We will not be staying here again.

However, there were several significant drawbacks. The hotel is located close to a fairly busy and noisy road, so traffic noise was noticeable, especially at night. The beds were very uncomfortable and seemed old and worn out, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The worst part of the experience was the restaurant. At dinner, the situation felt almost like a scam. The following morning, I was presented with a bill and asked to pay for charges that were not mine. Resolving the issue was unpleasant and should never happen in a professionally managed hotel. Overall, I was disappointed with the stay. While the parking was good, the noise, poor-quality beds, and the billing problem in the restaurant significantly affected our experience.

I didn’t try but looked like they had a gym. Not much… I was looking for a simple place to stay during business trip but I got this “special” room with a round bed and with all the walls were covered with mirrors that were angled to bed. I got a bit disgusted. I arrived past 10.00 pm and there was no possibility for food. The balcone-terrace door couldn’t be locked so I had to pull chairs in front of it. Very simple breakfast, half was empty and they didn’t replace some of them. I wouldn’t recommend this place to families

Nothing We stayed in April and we had 27.7 degrees in our room. The receptionist said there’s nothing can that can be done. We also had ants in our room.

Everything was good, but the breakfast was a bit poor.

The beds were soft and we could not Control the aircondition. Breakfast was not fantastisk.

Nice facilities. Location has not many restaurants hard for late night arrival.

We were traveling by car, so the location was perfect right next to the A4 motorway, which made it really easy to reach Milan, Monza, Como, Verona and Bergamo. There was free parking available directly in front of the room, which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurant had good food and a nice atmosphere. Overall, it was great value for money, especially for a short stay with a family. The room was spacious and quiet, but unfortunately it wasn’t cleaned on the first day, and we had to ask the staff to take care of it. Also, the restroom had an unpleasant smell and clearly needed a deep cleaning, which affected our overall comfort.

The facilities are not well maintained. The room and the common areas were dirty. Especially the carpet in the corridor requires urgently to be cleaned. Pillows were hard. Fitness room could not be used. Breakfast was ok, but the quality not outstanding. Definitely disappointing for a 4 star hotel..

I was not aware that they charge extra for the spa but upon check out the manager explained and gave me a discount. Great management

Breakfast room was very small, crowded and quite loud. It was difficult to find a spot. Beside this, everything was worth recommending
