Staff was very friendly and helpful

I would of gave this hotel a 5 star if the pool was working properly and not full of garbage and dark green. The reason I chose this hotel was for the pool for my 3 yr old daughter! Needless to say she was upset because I wouldn’t let my worst enemy swim in that pool!

No one works the front desk you have to call them to check in or when something is needed.

This hotel needs a little bit of extra love. The pool was in no good condition. There was no gym and no breakfast included. The shower curtain needed to be change. If the hotel has 2 floors how it is expected for a person to get there? The water taste like iron, I guess there is no softener in the water, you take a shower and your skin feels sticky. The hotel needs a good renovation.

They reimburse me for my stay told me to let you know the property for dirty soil lien smell of urine I do not recommend this property for anyone to stay

No me gustó para nada, sábanas manchadas, el agua olía muy mal, la piscina está verde muy muy sucia, el desayuno pero leche en mal estado y no hubo buen servicio de parte del representante.

Never stay here! Pay the extra money and stay across the street at the Comfort Inn.

Location only The hotel needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. Ended up eating breakfast elsewhere because food and coffee weren't available

I didn’t like an awful lot it was run down and needed lots of updates and renovations. The pool out back was completely disgusting even if it being out of order it should be cleaned and emptied. The room we started in 209 didn’t have a smoke detector it was showing exposed wires from the ceiling. The whole place smelled awful. The pull out couch had trash inside of it and trash behind the bed.

The continental breakfast was did not exists, not even coffee. Would def think twice. Only in a jam would I stay.

The room was clean & comfortable but, the amenities were not as advertised. The pool was green, dirty & unusable. I would think in August with 90 degree days the pool would have been in working condition. The continental breakfast was to be served from 7-10, that was not the case it was still unopened at 9:00 am and no manager to be found, no one at front desk. When it did finally open the items were not pleasant, coffee creamer looked more like cottage cheese. The water in the shower had a very strong oder of metals. The outdoors were unkempt with trash thrown about , trash cans over flowing. When we return to Cambridge we will not be staying here. Very disappointing,

Room was clean and spacious Breakfast was never served. No one at front desk. No one to explain why there wasn't any breakfast. Wasted time finding a place to eat and 36 more money spent.

Breakfast ? Poor quality food, nothing substantial. Location was good for where I was going. I was pleased to notice that they did not use that horrible room spray. Internet worked for my computer. Debris outside the front door, broken flower pots. The room was musty and murky. Needs to have serious flow-thru ventilation to vent out the musty smell. No one was at the front desk. I had to call a phone number to summon a person for check-in.

didn't even bring my luggage in yet .So looked and smelled and reminded me of Motel 6 but its Wyndham a member since 2001 over 25 years
