The area truly magnificently beautiful.. far from the busy city. My wife and i truly enjoy it. We got the room with balcony with great view. Now i have found my 1st choice hotel and it is heritage hotel! Thanks alot my wife really like everything about your hotel and me tooo!! Now im planning to repeat for our anniversary. I think parking area maybe. But its not a big deal tho. Just rent a motorcycle and ur parking will be secured hehehe

The breakfast exceed my expectation. A lot of choice and worth every penny. The breakfast itself 11/10. The door lock to bathroom caould be better, and the bath tub etc can be improve in termn of cleanliness

The location very good convenient to shop lots very quiet and nice place to stay The room can be cleaner...the bathtub is not clean at all full of dirty stain....no plug point near the bed please improve this also

Friendly staff, the view from my balcony was amazing to watch the sunrise, I asked for a quiet room on booking.com and they honored that. Location is good, walking distance from Tanah rata city center, but far enough to be away from any noise and feel you're in the mountains. There are laundry machines you can use onsite with reasonable pricing (like 8 MYR). Free shuttle to the bus terminal at check-out. If it weren't for the location, the view and the friendliness of the staff, I probably would have given this hotel only 1 out of 10. Room was dirty, black mold in the tub, clear leftovers from previous guests in the shower, ants in the room walking across the desk and even found some in the bed. Very dated furniture and carpeting/curtains. I think the staff only makes the bed, and washes the dishes, and replaces the water/tea amenities. I don't think they do any vacuuming or cleaning for the rooms daily. Cockroaches in stairwells. Very poor amenities. The bed is painful to sleep in, you can feel the wooden frame through the matress. They give you just one big towel for shower, no towel for hair or to dry your hands after hand washing. There is no way to charge your phone by the bed, or even close to the bed. Fly in the breakfast food (seemed to have been cooked with the dish). Breakfast seems to be a bit better earlier in the morning before 8am though. Hotel not helpful with finding taxis, recommending ride-sharing platforms for transportation or helping book tours. Very low service-level of the hotel. It seems to be a budget hotel mainly catered to Asian tourists, I didn't see any western tourists at the hotel. This was totally fine by me, but just something to be aware of because it impacts what's available for breakfast (and maybe dinner/lunch too, but I never checked those menus because of the fly in the breakfast mentioned earlier)
