The location was excellent. The Owners son was a nice guy and very helpful. The owners wife and the daughter were rude and disrespectful.

The wonderful staff members specifically Erdem who was so cooperative, helpful, and caring. I was fascinated by the interior design of the room and the food! The location was quite far, and sounds can be heard from the next room

We like our stay at Zilkale Otel by all means. Erdem , his father, Abla Alia and everyone in their family made us feel as if we were in our own home making all their best to treat us with love and kindness. They are so helpful, generous and respectful. We like our stay there and will come back for sure. Thank you guys from our hearts. I think the wifi signal wasn’t that good, but it was a general issue related to the whole area there.
