Very friendly and helpful owners. Pellegrini friendly. Good breakfast, could essentially have whatever you desired. Owners even drove us to a restaurant and arranged for the restaurant to drive us back to the B&B. Highly recommend.

First of all: Roberta and Paolo were perfect hosts, super friendly and made everything they could so that we would feel welcome and have a wonderful visit. They prepared us every morning eggs and tomato in addition to everything else. They gave us tips of places worth visiting and we wouldn’t have seen those amazing places without their help! The hospitality and friendliness was amazing, grazie mille! It was a wonderful experience to stay in a tiny village on the mountain slope away from the busy world. The views were amazing and the atmosphere peaceful.

The location was awe inspiring. The friendliness of the hostess and the breakfast in the morning were beyond expectation. Nothing.

We were hiking through on the via di Francesco, so we only stayed for one night. If we are ever back in this region, we would definitely choose to stay here again for a longer stay. The hotel and rooms are well maintained. The hotel is right above an olive grove, the rooms have amazing views and there is a large patio available to enjoy the views. Breakfast was very good, and includes fresh eggs from their chickens. The hosts Roberta and Paolo are great. They are like family, and have a high priority of taking care of their guests.

This is our third time staying here and it won't be our last. It is a beautiful home, the owners are super nice and the breakfast is excellent. And it's a great location to visit Trevi, Spoleto, Rasigila and other beautiful towns and cities. We couldn't have asked for anything more!
