The summer, a big party outside till 4am.

Really comfy bed. Complimentary croissant and coffee in nearby bar in beautiful piazza overlooking trees, statue, ornate street lamps. Spacious room. Modern finish. Very responsive and helpful, courteous host. Just the stairs were a bit tiring. Around 90 steps leading up the third floor of the historic palazzo where the accom is located

We booked this room and upon arrival , no one was at the hotel to greet us … door was locked. We called and went to voice message… we had to scramble to find another hotel for the night. Poor service. It was also well after 3 when we arrived so not like an unexpected check in. Show up for the guests who book your hotel.

Location was great, nice modern suite. Luca was very helpful, carried luggage up to our room. Breakfast at the bar around the corner was nice. A bit warm, wifi was out for a day.

Expectations were high given the description, however seriously let down once we arrived. The property sneakily doesn’t mention a number of issues with property. They become apparent once you arrive. It is the old part of the city which on face value given other Italian cities is good, but this is clearly the less secure part of town. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with narrow stairs and no lift at all. It doesn’t have air con at all ( it was a 38 degree day) and whilst you could open a window it was in the night club area so noise a big issue - and security concerns as above. Having booked about 3 hrs before arriving ( we were driving) and meeting Lucca at property and discussing all the issues above, I offered him a cash exchange of half the fee we paid if he just cancelled the booking so we would get a refund as it obviously was inappropriate given weather, all the people laying about etc. His response was too bad you booked. I can’t disagree with the terms but his approach on a customer service level was extremely poor. Too bad so sad for you response not good. If you have options I would certainly stay elsewhere and not here - last resort only and given approach if you had any issues I doubt they would be responded to appropriately.

Friendly staff and professional. Very responsive to any requests for assistance and further information requested. The place was great, very stylish fully renovated. People having problems with stairs should know that there is no elevator. 3 floors to the rooms by stairs although staff are willing to help with luggage. It is a old renovated building and as such there will be some corridor noise which for me it was not a problem.

location 3 floors without elevator (and carrying things) and the breakfast was not a real breakfast but rather one espresso with one croissant for each person

Location was great. Breakfast typical Italian coffee and sweet bread. Good enough. Room was very clean and staff was amazing. Parking on city road but very safe and close to stay. Luca was very helpful and there for any questions to be answered promptly. Be prepared to walk up many flights of stairs there is no elevator. A little hard with luggage but easy if one bag.
