the location of the place is really in the city center. so, you can find lots of bar and restaurants around. just 2 minutes walking distance to the municipality/town hall. Nice breakfast, where you are totally autonomous in making your own breakfast. I was forced to come here because my heating system at home didn't work the 21st December 2024. so, I booked online via the booking.com app for the price of 33 euros, breakfast included. the first night I didn't sleep at all because my room was above the PUB. the pub had just people drinking outside till 03:00am. But, the owner told me that the window was soundproof. From my perspective, it's correct sound proof for the cars and buses, but not having 100/150 people under your window. then, I had to stay 2 more night because the technician of my heating system wasn't available. So, I had the second night in a calm room; the second night in the new room, was horrible, because the same pub had a dancing NIGHT. Then the dancing floor was just under my new room. so, I didn't sleep at all till 04:00am. The bathrooms of the first and second rooms are really small and outdated. I can see that nobody is changing the silicon to the shower (black of dirtiness) and nobody is cleaning above or around the heaters. so, the cost in cash for the second and third night was 45+45 euros = 90euros with no invoice or receipt ; and in total 123 euros for not sleeping 2 nights out of 3. So, the value of 45 euros is overcharged as a price. in normal conditions I might pay 30euros/night and it's more than enough. It's definitely NOT Recommended. the breakfast is quite basic, and you don't know what they are offering, and people just eat everything without respecting the others needs. Good luck.

We only saw the host once to get the keys but then it was very hands off. The breakfast was some pre wrapped croissants and muffins.

Couldn't fit the key into the bedroom door. Breakfast was spartan, a few mass produced muffins in plastic.

the room and the terrace we had a room facing the corso, very noisy even with the window closed you could hear people from outside until late night. Many mosquitoes.
