The location, center of Campobasso. Beautiful view from the room. The room is luxurious and beautiful. I had a lovely balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffe ( free coffe and tea is available at the share kitchen). Maybe the breakfast can be improved. I would have prefered the possibility for an "english Breakfast" not only croissant.

High end renovation done here comparable to the finest boutique hotels. Whisper quiet and immaculately clean. The bed, bedding and pillows were my most comfortable sleep in a very long time. The owner makes check in very easy and provides both pdf and video of Check in so you have a very easy time finding the property and navigating to the room. Fantastic location with a beautiful view of the small square from the rear terrace.

Mauro the host was very helpful and made my stay in Campobaso very enjoyable. The apartment was great and I would highly recommend.

The Location was perfect. Unfortunately with the tight schedule we had at the weekend, we didn't get a chance to sample the breakfast. It wasn't so much we didn't like anything, it was that there didn't seem to be any teaspoons or cutlery for making tea/coffee, and having a snack.
