Amazing pool area, friendly staff, great food and service in the restaurant Too many children in the pool for our liking as day guests can pay to use the pool facilities during the day

Well equipped gym. Spa and restaurant were both closed. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. No where to relax in the room. Poor location

Gym facilities were fantastic and the best service from all staff, especially Molly with breakfast service, that was certainly the 5 star treatment! The only thing we didn’t like was a late night event music playing until 2am, would be nice to warn guest of such events

The spa was great, and the staff of the hair salon, and nail salon were proffesional and kind. So as the reception staff. The hotel is clean and the design is beautiful. Gym was amazing! we ate breakfest on tuesday, which is a day off for most of the staff, the breakfest was realy poor, only few sorts of sweets
