Fabulous food where everyone could find something suitable, amazing baked goods, two swimming pools with plenty of sun loungers, multiple bars and snack bars open through the day, large well kept territory, spotless extensive beach with sun loungers, private pavilions and a pier. We enjoyed a game of bowling in the game room ( chargeable) and morning stretching in the garden. Evening entertainment was great: Turkish dancing, gymnasts and contemporary dance, karaoke and live music. Lots of kids activities from what we saw, some are not free though ( game room ) Staff are polite and helpful, speak mainly Russian and German. We had a family room facing beautiful, tranquil gardens. So glad we didn't agree to "an upgrade" with a sea view and a disco until 2am. There is a bus stop outside the hotel, bus TA08 takes you to Kemer and also all the way to the Antalya airport. We already had a transfer booked from Holidaytaxis for 32 euro return but it was very handy for someone on a budget as taxi prices are high. There is a bridge to the left of the amphitheatre that takes you over a stream. We had a lovely walk down a promenade along other nearby hotels enjoying their gardens and some ice-cream. Amazing weather for the middle of October, 27°C every day and the sea is still warm! It's very clean. The beach is small pebbles, best to wear swimming shoes, a more pleasant experience entering and leaving the water. WiFi works perfectly, even on a beach!!! We enjoyed our stay at the hotel Asteria Kemer Resort a lot and can recommend. A/C sometimes wasn't coping and was very noisy. Our bathroom had a bath tub, we would preferred a shower but it was ok. Spa prices were quite high as usual. Staff speak very little English. We booked Italian a la carte restaurant for my birthday but the food was horrendous. We had ravioli that were just small hard lumps of dough, a seafood risotto with spoilt prawn and calamari, my husband ate some and later had bad stomach. A lasagna was soggy and lukewarm. Tiramisu didn't taste of coffee at all, not to mention the amaretto. It was one of their many gelatinous desserts from the main dining area.

Amazing stone beach. Quite spacious room with the balcony. AC is in the room. Minibar in the room is filled every day. In the bathroom you can find all needed stuff The hotel is a bit old, but it didn’t spoil anything for our staying

Nice beach, facilities, good food and helpful staff Reception: Arrival/depature experience mediocre. The day shift is more helpful but there seems to be no/little handover as in my case all things confirmed during the day at the reception were void/not known for the night shift colleagues e.g. went 3x to the reception to ensure we have the right shuttle/car for the depature at 4am, however, come the depature day and everything which has been confirmed earlier fell apart and we bearly made it to the airport in time.

The resort is full of activities and things to do, unlimited food. Thanks to anna that made our stay much better, she is super kind and helpful Most of the stuff are nice but sometimes there are some who just doesn’t seem to want to help

Tasty food, nice staff, beautiful territory and good entertainment team. Also internet connection was good. Cocktails were bad, only alcohol without nice taste (depends on barman). The bed linen was rarely changed. There is no shoehorn in the room. We didn’t like that the hotel forced to go shopping with them for free, but brought to stores with things of terrible quality and at the same time with very high prices. Do not agree under any circumstances!

We were traveling at the end of October 2022 (the last week of the season), so the hotel was booked for around 40%, the pool and the seaside were almost empty and you could always find a nice location. Live music in the evening and good cocktails. The staff was super friendly and helpful. As it was the last week of the season, there was already no entertainment available but live music in the late evening. the Kids' club was also closed, so the only thing available for kids was the playground. We've had a corner room, so there was very little fresh air coming through, also the air conditioner was not cooling off that much. however, we did not complain about it during our stay, so I can't say if it is something that could have been solved easily.

The hotel is amazing. It is beautiful, comfortable, standing directly on the beach, has nice green area to walk around. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is abundant and tasty. Service in the main restaurant is exceptional, all the personnel always trying to accommodate. There is a beautiful café where you can drink tasty Turkish coffee all day round, the menu of the beverages is exceptionally good. The beach is clean, the sea is wonderful. Evening entertainment was good with life music and dance. The guys working at the Spa did an amazing job! If you want to get a very good massage treatment ask for Isa, he is a physiotherapist and has golden hands. It is not just a massage, after the procedure you feel like a goddess! The only downside for me was that entertainment during the day was quite lacking. There is a beach volleyball area, but you have to look for the players yourself I guess. The entertainment team was just standing and chatting between themselves all the time, could be more proactive.

Exceptional

What we liked about our stay at Asteria Kemer Resort was the good service that was provided. We also really appriciated the staff, they were very helpful and kind. We want to say a special thanks to Veronica that was working there, she provided us with an amazing service and was really lovely throughout our stay. However nothing compared to the beautiful, clear and clean beach/ocean which we had constant access to. However the hotel building as well as the rooms are very old. It is said that they are soon having a renovation, but that hasn’t happened yet. There was also a very strong molding smell which might be due to how old the hotel is. The food was also mediocre and nothing special.

1.The cost for massage and water sport activities is are very expensive in compare with the rate in Antalya . 2.Queen bed is not very comfortable as it's smaller than regular ones .

really beautiful hotel. Nice rooms. Too loudly and staff doesn’t speak English very well. The food was average and staff didn’t serve very well. Guests were mostly russian , they area loudly and dirty.

Everything was excellent just that can b a bit better in terms of entertainment like the nightclub and show time anything else was great worth the money you pay.

Friendly staff, despite my check in was difficult. Housekeeping don’t hoover the room’s floor. Flies around the food in the open buffet. Fish A la carta was so bad. No enough animation or activities.
