Hotel location is excellent, 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. Breakfast was of a big variety and very tasty. Rooms were large enough. Open areas in the hotel were very well maintained. Communication with the personal was sometimes difficult due to people speaking only turkish.

Nice hotel but far from Cannakale if you don’t know the place. Need to take the boat to go there. A part from that, the owners are very nice, friendly. And do the best to make our stay unforgettable. Thanks

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. I liked the cosy restaurant and pool area, very clean and well maintained. Rooms are comfortable, large shower area, good beds. We’ve enjoyed the delicious breakfast which was a very nice surprise and start of the day. All personnel are very helpful starting with the owner. Special thanks to Emel the receptionist who did all her best to help us. Wi-fi was also working quite good.

Very close to the beach, but far from the town. Clean, very kind and friendly staff. The breakfast was very good. Free parking infront of the hotel. Very nice pool and yard. The staff would need more English, but we have always understand each other. :)

It is the only hotel on the island with a swimming pool, as far as i know. Owners are money grabbers. My friend needed to attend a family funeral but he was not allowed to cancel or postpone the stay, even though the hotel was nearly empty. Breakfast does not get served until 8:30am and the owners don't wake up until 9am, so not great for people who want an early start kitesurfing. They used to have a buffet breakfast but no longer, probably to save on costs. The room was only clearned every second day, which is horrible when you come back from the beach and unavoidably bring in sand. The mattresses next to the pool are stained and filthy, even though I got there at the beginning of the season. Kotinos jacked up the prices +50% vs last year, even though there is no improvement in the facilities and service has become even worse. The internet was very unstable.

Kids loved the place and especially the friendly accommodating staff, thinking of returning. Having a pool definitely was an extra.

Nice room and courtyard, close to the beach, good breakfast, the staff was generally nice For two days the breakfast was changed from a very good buffet to a dissapointing one served on table with no regard of the number of persons taking breakfast at the same table. Communicating in english with people serving in the restaurant was often difficult.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and nice. It has an agreement with a nearby beach for the sunbeds on on of the best beaches of the island. It also had lots of places to hang out wet items!! The breakfast and the dinners were also excellent. They provided good advice for other restaurants or activities on the island.

It was a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast was exceptional, although the pool was small but we were there to enjoy the beach to begin with so pool was an extra for us to enjoy the drinks and the fun place for the kids! The room was also super clean also staff was really friendly. Also I'd like to thank the staff for making us piña colada specially even though it was not part of menu originally and they applied the recipe the way it's supposed to be! I'd definitely recommend this area and the hotel. Nothing really.

Not all of them speaking English but everybody with a great smile!!! Wouldn't necessarily be a minus but it would be nice to have reserved sunbeds on the beach.

Everything! The best hotel in Gokceada. We had a very pleasant stay there. World class service, the breakfast was more than expected, rooms were clean and cosy. We will visit it again for sure. Tesekkur ederim!
