Best Western Canal Winchester Inn - Columbus South East

Needs updated, and bathroom was quite small. Other than that, no complaints and location is very good if wanting restaurant and shopping near.

In room jacuzzi was great and the King Deluxe room is very nice.

This hotel is very, very run down. Carpets are thread bare and it has been painted so many times there is paint all over the moldings. Tubs are original plastic, caulking is getting moldy and tub didn’t drain. I really hate to leave this review but I would not recommend at all. I don't care about the pool being closed or the cheaper price. It’s just worn out. Bed lines were fine, maybe it was clean, tvs from 2004 and crazy super bright white light bulbs. It’s honestly not as advertised in my opinion. Sorry but it’s a hard pass. Staff was nice and friendly but that’s all.

First of all the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. There was evidence of hair all in the tub and around the toilet, not to mention the sink was leaking. Water was pouring out of the sink when I used it. When I reported it they claimed that someone came and fixed it, but the water was still leaking. If you are handicap, or have difficulty walking upstairs, this may not be a good hotel for you to use because we had to carry our bags to the second floor. The pool was closed because it was terribly damaged.

Every time I turned on the television, Fox News would always appear first. Consequently, I'll not stay there again.

Clean renovated property displaying attention to detail ! Every staff member encountered showing a keen interest in customer service ! This facility does not have an elevator which could impact some visitors. The stairs are very wide making use rather easy !

Definitely a little older property but clan and comfy. Wonderful staff and breakfast, pool will not be in service for a while as we were told so if that’s a factor they will allow you to cancel and go elsewhere. Worth the money and safety and comfort for a road trip!

There was nothing I liked about the property. The guy at the front desk barely spoke any english. The supervisor or manager was not helpful or good at de-escalation. It was just an awful experience. I paid for a hotel before my visit because I knew I was going to be out of town. My hotel was already paid for and I didn’t arrive till almost 11pm. I was denied my room because the guy at the front desk said it will be an additional 150$. I expressed I already paid for this hotel prior. If an additional cost of 150$ is needed, that should be included in the overall cost of the room. Needless to say, I had to sleep in my car for the night. Awful experience.

The rooms are clean, but there are a problem with the TV however the breakfast was delicious but I was disappointed the pool was not working ,staffing was professional ,phone cord kept dropping off the phone

The overall stay was great the room was great we didn't get up in time for breakfast the negative thing the pool was closed however they offered me the option to cancel my reservation at check in or the use of a pool at another hotel that they own but overall I would stay there again
