Traditional French hotel on the exact boulevard of Cancale. Very friendly personnel! Very nice sea view!! Could be a bit traffic loud with open windows.
-
Location lovely - worth paying for better room with views. Food wonderful. No parking on site but can park across the road.

Fantastic friendly staff Room was very small and very hot . We tried to sleep with window open as no air conditioning but the fans from the kitchen were very noisy all night. Sure there are other much nicer rooms but we booked too late to upgrade .

Breakfast was fair. Spoilt by cold food such bacon sausage and eggs. Had to have a member of staff take it away to reheat. Cold breakfast food and extortionate car park prices. Unable to park anywhere near hotel.

The room, view, location were all very good. Breakfast was a very pleasant experience with sausage and egg available. The only thing I didn't like was lack of Air conditioning

Well located hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant was in a great location but the seafood was not as fresh as we expected. Lovely view from room. Restaurant was OK but would go elsewhere next time. Seafood at the restaurant was not as fresh as elsewhere.

It was all really good

The staff were so attentive (we are both disabled. No job was to small Their was a large amount of "black" hair, behind the door. Should have been found.

It was a perfect location for what we needed. The staff were horrific, very cheeky and with no manners so much so that we decided not to spend any more money there. I was contemplating cancelling our stay. I don’t know how they ever make money, it must put a lot of people off staying there.

The view and the location is exceptional. World class in fact. 30 seconds walk from the world famous oyster market and right on the edge of town, shops and restaurants. No AC. Was Ok for us - but one day earlier in the June heat wave and it would have been unbearable. The room is very small, so if you have big bags, unpack and put in the car

This hotel trades on its excellent location. We had a superior room with a wonderful sea view and a balcony, where we enjoyed an apéritif. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good (but not included) The wonderful view aside, the room was functional and bland. No touches of character. Also very dated. The smell of bleach in our room was overwhelming on arrival - at least it indicated the bathroom had been cleaned! Cheap toiletries in the bathroom. Tile grouting which needs cleaning - brown in many places. Yuk! Expensive for the standard of accommodation.
