central location close to the bus station The staff spoke bad English and were not very friendly or helpful for transport advise, was quite noisy from the traffic next to the busy road

The location is fairly good, it’s not too far away from the downtown yet very quiet. The staff was very polite and helpful. The cleaning was mostly good too, although sheets and towels sometimes had stains on them The rooms are outdated, the walls just scream”I’m cheap”, so do the floor and the furniture. I don’t know if I was the only one with this problem but Wi-Fi was just terrible, I had to sit right next to the door to catch it and use it. The cleaning guys came at completely random times - as early as 9:30 am and as late as 15:00 pm. The price to quality ratio isn’t the best around, I’ve been able to find more lucrative deals

The location is perfect, you can walk to bus terminals, markets, in a busy street yet quiet, safe to walk around. Staff is very nice and fast check in and check out. The hotel is super clean, nice bathroom, hot water and excellent water pressure. Comfy bed, A/C and TV. The hotel also has an elevator and parking.

Nice location, huge room, quietness, close to colectivo and nice food place. Would recommend if you looking for budget accommodation Poor wifi connection, not really hot water in the bathroom, onlybtwo towels for 4 person family.
