The owner of this guest house amazed me. A family man who knows how to take care of his guest. He will go the extra mile to ensure everything goes well. Hats off to a wonderful person. I've no comment or anything that I dislike.

All good.

Good location, just a few minutes from Ado bus station. The place was decent, good for one night, but wouldn’t stay there for longer.
-
Close to the bus terminal. Oscar is very helpful and very responsive.

Good location near the bus station, markets and food options. Good communication with the owner/Oscar before and during our stay. Basic room with hot water in the shower. Refrigerator, A/C and WIFI worked well. Our room was on the first floor next to the owner's apartment; experienced some noise on the second night of our stay.

Simple hotel room, decorated with some good ole mexican art. Friendly welcome from guy working and when leaving. Great value, cozy bed , dowtown location. Gracias! Nothing

Was super easy to check in/check out. The bathroom was moldy and there was a cockroach living in the sink. The staff was playing videos loudly until 12:30am and from 6:30am just outside of our room.

Oscar was attentive and very helpful about market and food trucks as well as a driver to the airport.

Communication was easy and friendly. The location was great. The street is very quiet and very close to the bus station and 5 minutes away from the square de las Palapas which has a great local atmosphere and food at night. Nothing

I had a fantastic stay. The host was incredibly helpful pre check out, during my stay, and even post check out (offering to store my bags without me even asking). The room was fantastic, the air conditioning was strong. I had the bonus of a hot tub in front of my room as well. Each room has its own unique setup in front of it actually. And lastly, the neighborhood contains the ADO bus station in addition to various good and AFFORDABLE drink and food options.

We only stayed here for a night before our flight. The room was fine and there was AC. It was way cheaper than staying at the airport and it was a 5min walk from the bus terminal and there’s plenty of buses to the airport. We were able to easily take an uber to the hotel zone for dinner. Didn’t see the hosts but they were very responsive via whatsapp. It’s a bit rustic but to be expected for the price, ideal for a short stay before a flight.

Great location. Quiet. Good security. Good communication. Comfortable.

Near ADO No electricity, but that’s not against the hotel as the entire city lost electricity when I arrived. Nevertheless, I never got to experience the hotel because I had to relocate to a hotel that had electricity restored. EVERY HOTEL NEEDS A BACKUP GENERATOR for when these catastrophies happen!!!

Near ADO. As the friend of the guy who got me to stay at this hotel, I freaked out about the lack of electricity that plagued the city on the day I arrived. I guilt tripped my friend into trying to find a hotel that had a generator despite not knowing which hotel to find. Despite his attempts to get refunded, there was none. Thankfully the hotel he did manage to find for us upgraded him to a well-deserved suite. I understand it’s not the hotel’s responsibility regarding the outage, but the right thing to do was refund the money.

The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Cancun Guest House for anyone visiting the area!

Nothing it was pretty fair.

Great place close to ADO station. It's perfect if you have early flight next day since it's like 5min walk to station. Location is great with many restaurants and shops around, there is also big supermarket if you need to buy anything. There is small terrace in front of the room, it was quiet and we slept very well. Recommended!

We didn't meet Oscar the owner but we received plenty of very good information from him and he was very responsive. We stayed for 1 night. Our bedroom had a lovely balcony with a Jacuzzi to admire the night sky and stars There's a fridge, a mini oven, a kettle and some basic kitchen tools. Frankly a great price overall and a good address to keep in mind for future travel. Nothing. We were on the 3rd floor with access to the final floor through a narrow metallic staircase which might be a problem with travelers with limited mobility or big suitcases. Just ask for a room at a lower level.
