No exact information for the location. The provided location is wrong. The location is deep inside the street. The hotel is not named as it says so. The room is very old, not well maintained, and smells of mold.

Great location for the bus station. Served it's purpose. Fridge, Netflix and pool were unexpected. Staff were fine. Not a great stay but it wasn't the hotel's fault. Storm Helene (became a hurricane) knocked out all the electric for the entirety of my stay. Therefore no breakfast as there were no lights to cook by. No air-conditioning either. These things happen eh? ??

The location Becareful of this place.. it’s dark and sketchy!! Lots of stuff happening underground here.. I had to leave in the middle of the night at 1am coz I did not feel safe! My room had lots of hair and pubic hair in the bed.. stains on the bed like there never cleaned the sheets.the cameras only works at the entrance n not on all the floors. There are many people living in that hotel if you know what I mean. The police needs to do an investigation in this hotel.. and save some people here.. the exit was locked with keys I asked them to open it n ran for my life! No security guards on site.

Plastic cover around the mattress, staff was not rly friendly. The vibe in the hotel was really dark/sketchy. A lot of noise

The man at the front desk was quite rude. The lady in the kitchen asked us what we wanted for breakfast, but in the end, they gave us a completely different thing. I know this isn't an expensive place, but my complaint is not about the physical place. It is about the people working there.

The guards at the entrance didn't let me in and couldn't find my room reservation, it's embarrassing, I had to look for a new place in the middle of the night
