Everything was just perfect!

The pools, overall appearance although somewhat dated The food at the restaurants was only mediocre. Morning buffet was the best. The entertainment was below par.

I liked most of the site. The beach and amount of pools was great. A sales guy at the front who lobby. Think the name was Alex. He would not stop bugging me from day one on. He wanted a sit down meeting for 1hr with my wife. We were only there for 4 days and had our young daughter. The last thing we wanted was some sales pitch. Anyways on day one he offered to give me daughter a cake the night after we got there as it was her bday. Long story short as we didn’t take the meeting on the last day he charged me 100$ for it. The guy is a slime ball and made my family’s time there uncomfortable. After day 2 I wouldn’t walk inside in case he say me and tried to harass me. I’ve never experienced something like this in my life.

Terrible Very unprofessional, it was our honey moon and they gave us a twin bed room when we paid for a suite king size bed, they gave us a solution: put the beds together. It was our honey moon trip and they ruined it, if you have the option to go somewhere else, take it

Close proximity to the airport. Perfect resort size and layout; easy to get around; not too big; right on the beach. Loved the open air taco place, atrium bar as places to hang out. Live music was very good. Just the right level of activities. Staff was friendly, engaging, and acted like they care. Lovely ocean front suite room. Much attention paid to cleanliness and details. Dining at the restaurants took a little planning since you can’t make reservations.

Only one restaurant for lunch, one big buffet for everything. 3 speciality restaurants but we tried only 1 because we did reservation. The other 2 were only available if you joined a list as soon as they opened, impossible to try, they should do a reservation list like in the Asian one.

Nothing stood out Worn out vibe. The hotel shows its age. The gym was extremely small and mediocre at best. The food was okay. The staff at the pool is very slow to serve drinks. Usually only 1-2 bartenders for the entire pool area. Beach full of seaweed (not hotels fault but I could have stayed at my own pool at home and it spent 3k+.

Nothing Super dirty. The beach is full of weed. The food was not good. I got food poisoned.

We had in issue with UTI and asked the staff to call the ambulance, but they said they didn't have doctor onsite and generally couldn't understand the request. My wife had to live the the terrible pain until the morning, when we went to the doctor, who ran a checkup and called an ambulance.

Nothing except the milk basically everything

Amazing location, really nice beach side room with balcony, food was delicious, always fresh and varied. Entertainment was great and beautiful kids’s pool.
-
Location, great food and super attentive staff.

24 hour coffee shop and bakery. The AC in my room was exceptionally loud and was very disturbing. I didnt get good sleep on most nights. Food was decent but would have definitely liked to have more options. We ended up going to their main buffet restaurant a lot which got repetitive. A la carte specialty restaurants are only open for dinner.

Was promised a private pool, did not receive it

Staff folks were nice and attentive. Nice little pools everywhere for the little ones to enjoy and perfect location if you wanna go to the hotel zone. The resort has certainly passed it's glory time and needs to be updated. The chairs in the buffet area were literally peeling and the room furniture and colors are from the 80s For the amount of money you pay it should be all nice. I would rate it as a 3 star hotel

i like the variety of food, the buffet is very delicious especially the ribeye and the waiters are very attentive and friendly. we have difficulty entering our room. the key card sometimes does not work, we must try it many times in order the door to open
-
Front desk not friendly and charging extra money for no reason.

The food was pretty much the similar thing everyday We don't eat beef or pork, so we ended up eating alot of grilled chicken
