Fitness center was small, crowded and too hot.

The hotel was beautiful and breathtaking, the room were spacious and the staff was friendly. Food selections, some of the restaurants for example the italian restaurants service was slow and food was not that great. More choices need to be available during peak hour like between after lunch and near dinner. Only thing available was the burger joint prior to dinner.

The "marketing session" is a weird time share where they want you to buy 9 years of vacations from them starting at $40,000 for the cheapest package. You can say No but everytime you do another person tries to sell you more. It was supposed to be 90 minutes but was 3 hours day 1. Regina the first girl tries to overshare about the tragedies in her life to sympathy bond. The last old guy who is someone higher up in the hotel chain just weirdly tried to insult me to get me to buy. It was a s a very strange interaction. When I didn't want to buy 40k USD package he said, "are you a Jew" which was just odd and random. When I said no im not Jewish he responded with, "oh I thought you were because jews are cheap" he also seemed to make fun. Of their own pricing of the hotel laughing at us that we paid so much to stay there... which... was the normal price they offer. When we didn't want it Regina tried speaking to my gf in Spanish on the side to convince her to get to me saying things like oh you never know how your relationship will go do you want to sign up yourself. Really weird trying to enjoy the location when this starts at 8am on your first day and makes it hard to enjoy the hotel. The food was really bad at the buffets and the service workers within the main resort dont really care about serving you but just clearing your stuff. No one had an issue getting their plates removed when they were leaving. We sat on the other side to a host stand where they had all of their cutlery and when we asked if we could get a fork (when there were not settings at the table the sat us) she responded with, "we needed to ask our waiter" as she continues to go back and forth setting up tables instead of just.... handing us a fork. The ACs in the rooms didn't work well and they say the entire hotel is on a certain temp but only our room was hot. All of the restaurants are on the family side.

The breakfast was amazing with an endless choice of food. The smell when you walk into the front reception is lovely and all the staff are so friendly, especially the staff in the Pool Bar. We ate in the Italian restaurant on one of the nights, and it was okay, but not great.

Have been to many resorts in Cancun and rest of Mexico. This resort BY FAR has the best food and choices any of us in our group of 6 has ever had! Grounds immaculate top shelf drinks. Very misleading to state that the rooms can fit up to 4 adults! There are 2 double beds and a couch that does not pull out. Impossible for 2 adults to share one bed also impossible to sleep on couch. Everything in the room is set for 2 adults (towels, robes, exterior furniture, water, glasses, towels, fridge drinks etc) had to get a cot and the poor person on the cot had to use the couch as a night stand) lovely that there were always fresh roses,flowers, chocolates every night at 2nd turn down. However, the "cot" bed never had a single item placed on there. It was like the third adult didn't exist even though we booked this 6 months earlier. The add for booking lists 2 double, (comma) 1 king for 3 adults. Other resorts state 1 king OR 2 double. In the coral adults only section you can ONLY get EITHER one king Or 2 double. The resort is 100% catered for only 2 adults per room

The location is perfect. The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are large and clean and are all oceanfront. Staff is exceptional. It’s just a great place to relax Could use a little updating here and there but nothing that would prevent me from returning.

I didn't like that I had to beg for water in my room all the time. There's no drinkable water unless you're brought glass bottles of it and I asked for four several times and I would only be brought to like they had a bottle shortage or something. I got where I started hoarding Water by putting it in different containers and even wine because you're only allowed one bottle of wine from room service a day. Also one evening I accidentally broke a wine glass by knocking it off a shelf onto the floor and cleaned most of it up myself into a pile but had nothing to pick it up with but when room service came in the next day they still left glass all over our floor and didn't even fully clean up the pile of glass I had left near the refrigerator. Very disappointing about that since I think I left the person $3 tip for their extra trouble. Overall the rooms are not cleaned very well each day but beds were just turned down and other things done to give the appearance the room was cleaned up. I think with just a little extra care on room service and provide accessible water on every floor this could be an excellent Resort with a 9 out of 10 or maybe even 10 out of 10 rating for the cost.

2 times room cleaning is new experience to me. Slow lift.

Beautiful room and facilities the food was awfu in the American Griil, the steak restaurantand the Italian restaurant and the drinks were watered down at all bars

Food and views

Service was wonderful. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived early in the morning, they let us check in early once a room was available. Food was good. There are two buffet restaurants, five or six other restaurants , BBQ stand, pool side bars, and a 24 hr cafe whenever we want a cookie, ice cream or a coffee. Different dining restaurants are booked for us once we arrived, and amendments can be easily made afterwards. There is always something going on if you want to be busy like ball games, pool exercise, bingo, dance shows, stages shows etc. The property is large, lots of area to walk around, and several pools and the beach to swim in. Honestly, nothing that I can think of.

Nice relaxing atmosphere. Great choice of restaurants, great food and Premium drinks at the Adults only side We had a corner balcony which had great views but was very windy as it was open at one end.

The property was beautiful. The beach was maintained daily removing sea weed as we traveled during the time when sea weed is high. The activities were great, the staff was amazing and the drinks were delicious. We made great memories. The food. It was okay. Nothing to write home about.
