Not good
-
Great staff and entertainment! Awesome food by the pool daily and fantastic beach! Relatively crowded most days.
-
That it was very family friendly. Rooms need to be updated a bit
-
Despite requesting cleaning, the room remained dirty, with noticeable piles of hair near the beds and in the bathroom, as well as dried bird droppings left on the balcony. Several elevators were out of service, which made getting around inconvenient. The pool areas were also lacking, with an insufficient number of towels available for guests. The kids club appeared understaffed and did not have enough supplies to properly accommodate children. Although I had a reservation for a whole week, but these issues led us to leave after just one night.

It was good & the Kids waterslide park was great & a great bonus for kids & adults! I had as much fun as my kids there! The beach & pools etc... also very nice! Updated bathrooms, & some of the food could of been better, but most all inclusive Resorts aren't known for their amazing food so I thought it was great over all & would come again.

Nothing

Drinks are very good The whole resort shuts down at 11pm, all bars and restaurants. Limited activity or entertainment during the day and night. Buffet has limited options. Not the best Very limited beach loungers. You need to go very early, otherwise you’ll find nothing

In general the meat is a bit hard

The service was absolutely exceptional - the front desk was helpful and responsive, the restaurant staff provided excellent service, even the cleaning staff reported a problem with our room before we had a chance to. The beach and pool were also great. They were easy to get to, clean, had a great view, and were well-staffed. The kid's pool was so much fun for my children (age 2 and 5). The buffet food, particularly the Mexican food, was really yummy. The rooms had some issues. We were moved out of our first room because the bathroom door fell off it's hinges and one of our outlets had broken with electric wires exposed. Our second room's shower did not drain so water spilled across the bathroom floor each time we showed. There also was unclear communication about events at the hotel. Restaurants would be closed unexpectedly, times that facilities were opened often did match what we had been told. There were some things advertised on the website that weren't available, such as the ability to hire babysitters.

It’s walking distance to the beach. I can eat whenever I feel like eating. Most of the restaurants and pool staffs and entertainers were courteous and accommodating. We have water and soda available in the small fridge. Housekeeping kept our room tidy everyday. The view from the 8th floor was lovely. I was charged extra money for my 15 year old daughter showing “child” on their system however I just followed the booking.com prompts and entered her age. I didn’t get the King size bed luxury suite that I booked as advertised. The room we had doesn’t look and feel like we’re in a luxury suite. The shower is cold. The view of the ocean from our bedroom is limited.

Setup new AC system in the all restaurants/ Rooms/hallways, make activities for kids and family, events, it was super super boring
-
The only great thing was that we’ve had great sea view. Rooms are old, everything feels super outdated, elevators are taking forever. Not enough beach chairs for everyone, people are taking chairs at 6am with a couple of slippers, and no one is controlling this. Lots of renovations, huge empty lot near the hotel with garbage, horrible old aqua park not suitable for kids and 0 activities for kids, no playground, and the most strange thing- 0 territory! If you like walking in beautiful green areas, never book this hotel, it’s dark, empty and bold. Mediocre food,I couldn’t find anything remotely eatable. If you like to eat only processed and fast foods, you’ll surely be ok. After visiting 20+ countries, I can definitely say, this resort doesn’t worth the money. Turkey,Croatia,Montenegro,Italy will be MUCH more beautiful and delicious.

Bars close at 11pm

Location and the beach I had cold water the entire stay and they kept telling me that my water was fine. The offered to move me the day before I left. I was there Thursday-Sunday and offered to move me on Saturday.

The entrance has an open concept but without AC the whole lobby area and the rest of the floor where the restaurants were did not have any AC and was HOT, no windows as well, while having dinner at the Japanese restaurant we were sat outside and it was not pleasant eating and sweating at the same time. The staff from The buffet area were not polite like other hotels I’ve stayed at! People would skip line to get food and they actually skipped me being that I was there first. But the main thing was that there was no AC in all the hotel except for the rooms and it was hot! AC was not working for us and our room was hot! And the beds were not comfortable! And our mini fridge was not filled every day. Oh and the breakfast Buffett was always the same every morning. So if you ask me if I was to stay there again NO.

Everything! The food was good and varied, but the best was the service and the staff. They were always attentive to serve you and help you with everything. They were fast, easygoing, courteous, very empathetic; they treated you like family. We were impressed by this formidable manifestation of radical hospitality. I can't avoid to mention names: Ousceli, waiter at the food gallery buffet, Jesus, with the corceles (stallions in English) Jaime, air-condition dept. Edgar, bellboys, Veronica and Edgar captain and waiter at Florencia (Italian) restaurant and others whose names I don't recall. They were and are so outstandingly effective at what they do that we feel much obliged. We will always come back: blind closely. The one of the lifts closest to the buffet gallery was out of service. It made traffic a bit slower and the sargassum or seaweed on the beach. However it was beyond the hotel control. They just did what they need to: report the problem for repairs and wait for mother nature to send less seaweed to the Caribbean.
-
At this time of year (August) there is a problem on all of Cancun's beaches, marine flora called sargassum, which due to the amount that arrives every day, makes it a bit difficult to enjoy the beach.
-
nothing There are roaches in the rooms. We planned on staying for a week but left after two nights and having switched rooms. You can smell roach killer in the hallways in the morning which affected me kids‘ breathing. The restaurants are closed during the day. The food quality is atrocious. The meat, vegetables and ingredients the restaurants are using are of the lowest quality. The main pool is dirty and was closed because it was unsafe for humans to swim in. Do not go to this resort.

Almost all the staff works very slow

The property was old and deceiving from the pictures. Our A/C didn’t work, we had mold on our A/C vents that they came in and put bleach on and painted over while we were still in the room. They showed one room during booking but provided a room that was extremely lower quality and required you to pay 40k+ to become a member to get the”better” rooms.
