The best thing is this hotel was that every staff member is polite and helpful. The room was clean and over all stay was comfortable. They give amazing food in the in house cafe of the hotel (Delicious than most restaurants in Goa). .

Especially ladies staff is very good and helpful. Nonveg food is not available in the property ?

The hotel’s location was excellent—just about 900 meters from Candolim Beach—yet it was tucked away in a quiet, peaceful area surrounded by lush greenery, far from the hustle and bustle. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The staff, a very young team, were friendly, polite, and courteous throughout our stay. We were allotted a Double Suite room with a pool view, which was quite pleasant. The room was spacious and well laid out, featuring a living area and a bedroom separated by an elegant wooden partition, a balcony and a bathroom equipped with a separate shower cubicle. During breakfast on the first day, the chef personally asked for feedback. While the food was good, we mentioned that the buffet mainly had North Indian dishes and suggested adding at least one South Indian option since we are from South India. To our pleasant surprise, the very next day, the chef included a South Indian dish in the buffet, all of which were delicious. Kudos to the chef for being so attentive and accommodating. The hotel also organized a small New Year’s Eve celebration, which added to the experience. Special thanks to Anup Kumar Singh, Manager Radhika and the entire team at Hotel Lotus, Candolim, Goa, for making our stay memorable.

Location was ok. Staff was ok. Breakfast was very bad. Staff was not coperative.

It’s a cute property the poolside balcony view is relaxing. There is enough greenery (including a few coconut trees ) to just about mask the view of the street. Giving you a more private feel. Everyday there was a different breakfast and I enjoyed them all. Although I’m definitely an omnivore I was content with the vegetarian breakfast Lack of an elevator

Suit rooms are spacious Location is little interior, could not find properly through maps, very confusing. Breakfast was having only 2 options, average taste and quality. Staffs will not respond peroperly. Hangers were not provided in the cupboard, when asked they say they will not provide. Kitchen was not available at times. Rooms, bed linen were not clean. Toiletories were not provided appropriately. Towels were dirty. Overall property does not look the same as it was shown in the website. Even Corridors, surroundings were not cleaned including swimming pool. We booked a suit room with kitchen, but there was no cooking stove options given, no fridge provided in the kitchen.

Everything we liked !! Worth every penny Staff behaviour was superb, we stayed like we were at home ?

They have mentioned the wrong check in time and the varieties in breakfast were not much.
