Could have done with more information about local trips available to help us decide how to get around and see local attractions. This didn't affect our overall experience.

ROOM AND POOL

Pool lacked basic facilities like changing room, shower area, and washroom. I was genuinely surprised to see absolutely no facilities nearby the pool. They made us use the handicap washroom as a makeshift thing. Also, Breakfast hall is very small & usually crowded. Tables are extremely close to each other with barely space for walking between them

The rooms were neatly laid out and were super clean. The staff was very warm and welcoming. We loved our stay.

Liked the location and the pool. It wasn’t clean, there were mosquitoes everywhere and the staff was rude.

Small issue with staff communication, we were called 4 times for my wife's visa even though we'd explained and been approved on first check-in and every time after that. And also they say you can't have any outside food or drinks allowed which whilst I kind of understand it it also seems a bit unreasonable when they are stopping you at the gate and checking bags... they wouldn't let us bring in a single champagne bottle to celebrate even though our bill was still well over 10K for one day of food and drink.

Having said that, over all my stay was pleasant except the last day experience.

Nothing 1. Mini bar was not working for the entire stay, called the reception 7-8 times, no response. 2. A staff entered the room a second later after ringing once. My wife was changing, she was very upset. Later staff asked us to put DND in order to avoid this happening. Very rude staff. 3. Ordered a veg masala khichdi at 11pm and veg pakoda directly from the restaurant where the manager wrote the order clearly. The order came at 12:10am with plain khichdi and no mint chutney for pakoda. Called kitchen to send mint chutney, it came 20 min later, pakoda was cold by then. Veg khichdi came at 1am. And we were starving by then. 4. Toilet seat was not fixed properly and it was dangling. Push button on garbage bin was damaged.

Breakfast was great! a lot of variety on the table. Room was big/tidy/clean Pool was well maintened and there was some one who was looking after if any emergency. Staff were friendly Nothing

The staff are super friendly & attending. The location is nice, about ten minutes walk to a very clean & nice beach. There are nice shops for souvenirs & beach wear in 5 minutes walk. & there are very nice restaurants nearby. They upgraded our room free of charge to the newly built part of the hotel. My personal advice, try Mickey's place at the weekend if you have time. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, but mostly local. Although, the omelette station will provide you with anything you want. There are not many juices to choose from. If you need coffee or English breakfast tea, you can easily ask for it.

Lovely place, clean spacious rooms, well lit, good views, great location, very tasty breakfast spread, nice restaurant with surprisingly reasonable prices, and very courteous staff across the board. Maybe the main pool could have been a little deeper on the shallow side with a separate children pool. But this is just nit picking.

room was almost brand new, clean and maintained well. location was excellent breakfast was over crowded between 10 - 10.30 with no place to sit, the staff were not "smiling" faces and not the politeness you would expect from radisson.

Location was good near to the beach, breakfast spread was good, room were adequate size and pool was nice. Overall comfortable stay with family. Enjoyed the hospitality. Staff was very supportive for family requirements and helped with early check-in. Overall Good. Some more activities can be planned by hotel for the guest and kids as afternoons are free and more activity will help them engage more.
