The location is perfect with a nice few. The rooms are spacious and clean and most importantly cool! Huge comfortable bed.The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was not open for 2 of the days we were there.

View from location Air Conditioner can’t be controlled from the room. It is control in centralized way. Besides that you can’t select temperature or fan speed you actually even can’t turn it on! You have to go/call reception and ask them! (You can only turn it OFF) During my stay I asked to fix it but it didn’t happen. Additionally to this - hotel has very bad walking road to the city, there is no lights and pavement, and during the night experience is like “walking in the forest” - not very comfortable. Water pressure is also a big issue, during shower you can experience switching between very cold and very hot. WiFi is very bad at this hotel, I barely had 1 bar in the room and connection was breaking very often or just not working. It is definitely not 4* maybe 3*

Our room was very large and had a huge private balcony with an amazing view of the town and mountains; delightful and relaxing after a day of motorcycling the Picos. The on-site restaurant and the breakfast were very good. The hotel is short walk into town but the fantastic views make it a great choice. On site parking was easy and the staff members were friendly and helpful. The huge balcony was in full sun and, as we were enduring a heat wave, was used only in the evening, when it became a delightful temperature. Perhaps a patio umbrella or awning might have made it more accommodating during the day.

The only downside was the breakfast. We stayed for two nights and had breakfast twice; on the second morning, several items that had run out were not replenished. While this did not significantly affect our stay, it was disappointing compared to the otherwise excellent standard of the hotel.

We stayed here for one night as part of a longer motorcycle trip down to the Costa del Sol and back, finishing in the Picos de Europa. It was a great place to arrive, even after a shorter ride from León. The location is excellent, set just above the town with fantastic elevated views, which is exactly what the name suggests. It feels peaceful and slightly removed, while still being close enough to access the town if needed. The hotel itself is modern and very well presented. Our room was particularly impressive – large, spacious and very comfortable, with a big bed and a well-finished bathroom. It had a real sense of space, which we appreciated after a day on the bike. Parking was easy, with plenty of space available and some covered options, which worked well for us travelling by motorcycle. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and service throughout was very good. We also ate in the restaurant. There was a little confusion around whether it was fully open that evening, but food was still being served. The setting and views were excellent, and while the meal was enjoyable, it didn’t quite match some of the standout experiences we’d had earlier on the trip – possibly reflecting the slightly limited service that night. Overall, this is a very comfortable and well-located hotel with excellent views, and we would happily return.

The location, the views, the amenities , the room and the staff were absolutely amazing!!! We had a wonderful stay and the hotel exceeded our expectations! A huge thank you to all of the staff that were so helpful and kind.

This hotel is fantastic. The views, the charm. The room was very big and spacious. The bathroom had double sinks. The staff very friendly. The breakfast amazing. And free parking.

Great views from our room. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was efficient and helpful. Excellent breakfast! Somewhat (?) pricey- at least in comparison to our other stays in Spain. But worth the money.
