Valstar Hotel Canggu

When i decided to add one more day i looked it online i found it with 50 euro when i asked the manager how much if I’m willing to stay another day he said about 120 euro and i didn’t liked it because it wasn’t even promotion online

Helpful and kind reception staff; amazing price; close to lots of amenities (restaurants, beauty salons etc) Wanted to order dinner but there was no staff to order from; breakfast very average

Staff were lovely this was our first time in bali and first ever hotel we had a late flight so check in late and staff were great. Breakfast was good selection and room was really clean. nothing.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at ValStar Hotel Canggu. The room was always clean and comfortable, the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also convenient and peaceful. Everything exceeded my expectations and made my trip to Bali even more enjoyable Nothing significant. My stay was very pleasant, and I was satisfied with the overall experience

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice pool and restaurant. Overall pretty clean. Good value for the price Room and Gym was pretty basic, and my room didint have much of a view.

Very nice propriety with good amenities. Breakfast is good also, they are changing the buffet options ever so slightly every couple of days which is nice. Good value for the price.

No live music at turn table ?

Value for money. Service was excellent (allowed us to stay beyond checkout time at the lounge). Breakfast spread was good. Location of hotel was also good.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, good buffet breakfast and a comfortable room. Slept very well here. A good location not too far from the beach.

the wifi was insanely bad i had to constantly use my own hotspot during my stay for my computer, and the bed sheets and towels were dirty overall

The gym had virtually no weights, treadmill wasn't working.

Everything! The staff are very friendly, the pool is very well maintained and so are the rooms. The scenery is gorgeous! It's no fault of their own but because I was placed in the basement room, the engine from either the pool or the fishing pond would be heard in my room all day. They do switch it off at night so it's nice and peaceful :)

The staff at the property is so accommodating and really helpful. Property is very well maintained and clean. The only downfall is the breakfast selection, everyday was the same menu. It would be really good for them to have different breakfast options for everyday and have the hotcakes or waffles be freshly made in front of the guest and not sitting there.
